3	Feel your emotions, don't express them This feels so alien to read, I haven't cried since I was 10, the night my parents broke up. Not a lot really makes me emotional, if anything at all. A lot of family members have passed since that time but I've never actually felt grief, I'm just a bit emotionally numb/cold in general.
