The first amendment is one of the most strongly protected rights (by the courts) that Americans have. It's similar to a post a few days ago describing how the ends of being sexually successful justify the means. Acting certain ways make you more successful in general, and that is the basis of TRP, but the ultimate goal is the women, not the attitude.
