2	No men allowed in DV shelter for women! The main argument being that it would be bad for those women to be near men in general? So lesbians should be denied but gay men should be allowed, and if not then it's their own choice to interact with the abusive sex not because the shelter's policy in which case there's no reason to deny straight men. I can't make any logic. For 1 and 2, the penetrated party did consent so rape won't be considered.
