"The Science of How to Optimize Testosterone & Estrogen | Huberman Lab Podcast #15" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJXKhu5UZwk&ab_channel=AndrewHuberman https://www.reddit.com/r/AsianMasculinity/comments/ozbrq6/before_you_try_to_fix_anything_in_your_life_check/ Read what I wrote for men, but flip it around for women & estrogen. Your endocrine system has a lot of influence on who you are, how you think and what you do. Do this right, and you will become more of an agreeable (as defined in the Bi…

2 words: depopulation agenda. I am surrounded by treehugging antinatalist misanthropists who shudder at the thought of me having lots of children who will all eat meat. I can see it in their eyes. They want me either sterilized or dead.

Again, you are focusing on those who have a lot of media exposure. The majority of alphas don't want a lot of eyes on them. They want to be able to do whatever they want without repercussions. Alphas getting divorce raped? Since when are these men known for committing? And you talking about divorce rape is, again, through a Western-centric scope. Doesn't even happen to beta providers in countries where feminism isn't rampant. Alphas having the patience for craziness in women? That's a new one. T…

Celebrities from the Anglo-Saxon world are an exception, because most of them are leftists. The majority of alphas (I define alphas as men who are naturally high testosterone) are financially successful, have lots of kids / women, but they are not celebrities. And I am not taking just those from the US or from the Anglo-Saxon world into account. That's the smaller part of the world. You bringing up 2 white men from Hollywood shows the cherry-picking.

Shit people outbreeding? I guess they aren't shit after all. Darwinian fitness is always relative to the environment. Evolution is highly experimental and throws everything on a wall to see what sticks. Dinosaurs were big, strong and on the top of the food chain. They did not 'stick', because the environment changed. Every civilization has a peak and fall. The Chinese ruled a few thousand years ago, and now they're coming back, with China recently having changed the 2-child policy to 3-child pol…

Just because something works in your favor doesn't mean you can't recognize there's a problem. I have plenty of food that doesn't mean starving people aren't a problem It's only a problem for the losers, but a solution for humanity. Could you imagine everyone being able to procreate? Shit genetics being passed everywhere, and the world becoming overly populated. Yes, then we'll really have starving people, possibly worse. Quality over quantity in humanity, and I'm happy nature agrees with me.

It is the PUA part of TRP that women hate the most. The 1st reason is that they want to be able to easily figure out who is naturally masculine, so they know who has the best genetics. Everyone wants to have choices and everyone wants to be sexual selectors. Learning masculinity through TRP blows smoke into that and makes sexual selection for women more complicated. A competent Red Piller will never talk about TRP to women and will make women think he is awesome without even trying. The 2nd reas…

Only losers get mad about hypergamy. If your SMV is high enough, hypergamy actually works in your favor (tends towards monopoly for the top 20%). I'd be mad if being good looking or being competent wouldn't matter anymore. Gotta love the evolutionary game.

You say you don't love the way the world works, but I think it is better for your mental health if you focus on the bright side of evolution and embrace it. Truth isn't harsh. Lies are. Embrace truth because it helps you understand the world and succeed. Don't call the evolutionary game sick. Evolution is the reason why you are not full of diseases and sick to death right now. Evolution is the reason you have the consciousness to say anything about evolution at all.

I think we should just let it play itself out. When the majority of post-menopausal women have become depressed and lonely, it will show. Words are not enough. They have to see it for themselves. Eventually, everyone needs to pay for their mistakes. It's nature. It's supposed to be that way. Nature wants the most feminine women to procreate and the women with masculine tendencies to keep doing what they do. They eliminate themselves from the gene pool.

Gait, body language, mannerisms and tone of voice. Those are the things you can pay attention to if you want to come off as more feminine.

Because I can see it happening in dating/vetting from a male perspective. A man likes a girl, tries to have sex with her on the first date, is disappointed if she does because it means (might mean) she has had sex with lots of other men on first dates (lacks modesty/chastity). This would be a kind of testing if he actively or subconsciously wants her to say no in order to prove to him she is virtuous/chaste. This is possible, but often overridden if the sex was satisfactory. All men want a slut,…

This is true. A(n RP) man's shit test is very simple though. Early on, he wants to figure out if the girl is sexually attracted to him, or if she is just using him. He needs to know if he is wasting his time. So he escalates early and if she reacts negatively, not much time and effort is lost and it won't affect him too much emotionally either, for he is not invested. If the shit test happens later in the relationship, it is most of the times to figure out how much the girl is sexually attracted…

Whenever I notice that a woman is 'educated' (≠ intelligent), I immediately get feminist / masculine female vibes. It is a turn-off. It is rare for a woman to use these qualities to complement the life of a man (if they do, they are the best). But most of the times, these types of women end up using those qualities against men, and they are so used to competing against men since they were young, that it is hard to get the competitiveness out of them. In my experience, intellectualness and educat…

It's not subjective. Objectively, alphas have one important thing in common: high testosterone. Testosterone affects the way you look and behave. Those who think 'alpha' is subjective are also the ones who think 'masculinity' is. It's not.

Shit tests are women's primal way of triggering masculinity in men they see as potential mates, but do not assert dominance. They need to do this with men who do not exhibit enough masculinity behavior yet (either because these men are oblivious, not interested or effeminate), but who they think have potential (passing their minimal physical requirements). If you already are going full alpha mode from start, show dominance and you look masculine too, they will absolutely not shit test, because t…

It's a shit test on a macro scale. Why? Because the modern meek man deserves to get disrespected. Women only shit test men whom they are not sure of their masculinity, so they push it to put them to the test. Just like men do shit to reveal pussy, women do shit to reveal masculinity. It's men's fault for letting feminism happen. We are the ones who were in control and we let it go. We deserved it and we need self-accountability to learn from it. It's not women's fault, even though it doesn't mak…

You can focus on mental fortitude, cardio, flexibility and power in the mean time. Conditioning your shins with a heavy bag is very recommended. Moreover, look up grappling / BJJ exercises that you can do on your own at home. They may seem useless for a beginner, but trust me, practicing these will quicken your progress in the beginning. Grappling has a big learning curve and in the first year, you will get ragdolled a lot by sparring partners of your size, so the quicker you progress, the less …
