Not really. Male judges and prosecutors regularly allow rape incidents and charges to be plea bargained down to misdemeanor assault, sentenced to 12-18 months, out in six to nine months. Especially for those whose first time it is being caught. And most especially for those with money who can afford a well connected lawyer. Some judges agree with this insane woman. It's absolutely astonishing. And yet, there are verifiable cases where the judge just says "You can afford it. Support the little bastard for the next 18 years." I suggest until actual laws are passed preventing this, it's going to remain a problem, especially with entitled bitches like this one mouthing off their insanity.
