Women's health is often dismissed? Is that how they had to come up with fybromyalga? No markers for the illness, no change in white or red blood cells, no viruses, no nothing. They just wake up tired and sore so it must be an illness they can get away with having time off for. Even in cases where it was an older male and the young female could enjoy it and not feel violated, the guy still gets jail. You can't even possibly begin to think "I highly doubt the 13 year old male feels violated" that's not a get out of jail card. As for saying the 10 year probation is taxing for a person.....it's nowhere near as bad as the 10 years the guy in the OP is going to experience in jail.
