Yeah it's straightforward but it can ruin the mood in many cases, I see what you mean tho. Actually i feel much more comfortable asking but I feel like it is perceived as a lack of confidence by many girls. I think that the main problem for me is to even begin flirting, setting the mood to see if also the other part is interested. What would you suggest? Do compliments work? What should i say/do to ignite the spark and see if the fire starts?

With the first girl I actually did ask often because she was super open about everything and it didn't bother her. I would like to take more of a seductor role with this one as she is very shy and will not flirt with me as much as the first girl I have been with. I don't want to be passive with every girl I meet because that can ruin everything and I would like to be more straightforward without asking for every move i make, that's the point of the post.

Looking good It's kinda useless when you can't talk to a girl in the right way. I've known ugly dudes who have much more game than the cute ones.

No that is not an option. Our work schedule is very strict as the owner just opened another place and as I said before, all my coworkers are engaged exept for one. It was not an easy step for me to take, get a job I totally hated only to improve the skills I lack of. The first weeks of work I kept telling myself "I will soon gtfo from this job" but something kept me from doing it. Now that I have to fully get out of my shell as an individual I realized it is 1000 times more difficult but I have …

Be genuine is the most difficult thing for me, and it is also my current buggest goal.

I wish that me saying lul was the problem here. Anyways you are right, i realized i should find other friends. The ones i have now are not positive people but it's not easy to cut them off, especially if they helped you through hard times.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
