Hi Friend - You just had a baby, and your hormones are still all over the road. This is ok, but be aware if it starts being PPD. He was deployed, and needs to destress, you had a traumatic birth, and need to destress. Do either of you have family nearby that can come stay with you, or a close friend who can stay and help with the baby and house for the time being?

I don't need faith to have traditional values. My values were taught by my parents. My faith is not any branch of mainstream religion.

You're not the only one. I am a tomboy. I've the body of a girl, but the emotional logic of a man. I have panic attacks like a girl, but generally once I'm over it, I can logic (or engineer) my own fix for any given problem. My personality is that of a sigma male. (According to my bf anyway).

Whenever I've been bedridden from being so sick I can't move except to the loo, my bf will get up, take care of the cats (food, water and let them out). He checks on me every 2 hours, makes sure I have a cup of water, and a gingerale next to the bed, along with a just-in-case bucket. He also brings me crackers and warmed bread slices to eat as well as soup broth. I'm fortunate though in that mine doesn't have to work to pay his bills, so he stays home all day with me and I WFH.

He's 31, he's already where he's going to be and you're not going to be able to "make" him do anything he doesn't want to do already. If he's not interested in being a manly man, nothing you do or say will make that change happen.

So you want to be wifey material, he wants you to be wifey material (just not right now) and you can't be bothered to wait even though "truly feel like he is the one for me". You want a ready-made, already-making-the-millions man? FFS, this man wants to be with you, but wants to be able to afford it, and you are giving him grief for wanting to solidify his career first. Yea, walk away, do that. You can't be bothered to be loyal and wait, he doesn't deserve you. He can find someone who will be lo…

This man is not bringing an equitable balance to the relationship. I don't know if there's a way to make that different. My owner is not working, and has not been for more than 3 years. I am also the income source. It works for us, because he still brings balance to the relationship in other ways, and often will cook or domesticate around the house and property. You can 1) accept he will not work, and begin to give up and stop getting yourself the things you like to better afford his lifestyle a…

There is an organization that offers cuddles. You make an appointment, you can request a man or woman, and you just get held. I don't remember what it's called though. Last I remember looking into it, it was not yet nationwide, but they were trying.

you need to see a doc, and find out why it hurts. when you go, take him with you. if you're considering a long term relationship with this man, he should have a interest in your health and well being. Whatever his reaction is during that whole process, consider that as part of your decision as well. For men, sex is a huge component of a relationship, even if it doesn't happen often, it's still important. Some men will not commit unless they know the sex is going to be great. I think you're misinterpreting what a loose or tight pussy is. I personally have very large lips, but my vagina is tighter than my asshole because I am always doing kegel exercises. I do them when I drive, when I am working, when I am shopping. I will randomly tighten those muscles repeatedly to keep myself as tight as possible at all times. Large or small lips have nothing to do with how tight your actual hole is.

If a man makes enough money to support 1 wife, 9 girlfriends and 50 children, that is his choice to do so. Men are the providers. As long as the women get along, stay out of business that isn't yours.

This kinda smacks of not being red pill. Men don't GAF how much money you make, and generally don't GAF what you look like either. They care if you can cook, take care of a house, run the finances for a house, and raise children.

I actually only care enough about body type to know if I can comfortably put my arms around them and hug them/hold them. I don't care about height, abs, overall strength (its a man, they are stronger than me no matter what), looks are generally unimportant as personality carries more weight for me. I prefer a strong healthy sex drive (I often want it way more often), a kind heart, an intelligent brain, and quick wit. Men who served, nerds/geeks, intellectual men are who I prefer.

Your virginity is moot in this instance. If you want a ltr with this person, split the bill. Men want a partner in life, which means sometimes you have to step up and take on responsibility.

Having a man be the full provider is similar to having a sugar daddy. The main difference though, is the womanis providing other aspects of the relationship to make it even. Men may provide the income, but women provide the home. You cook, clean, make and raise babies; in exchange you have a man who provides for your wants, needs and bills. Our economy is such currently that this dynamic is no longer equal un this respect. Women have to give more, and be more feminine to get the same results. Me…

I look at this from the perspective of the Mormons. If a man can support multiple women, and multiple children; as long as everyone knows about everyone else, I don't care. Actual cheating, in a committed monogamous relationship, to me means the noncheating spouse is doing something wrong, that someone felt the need to cheat.

I start by not approaching a situation directly, or immediately. I'll wait until both of us have had time to calm down, usually a day, sometimes 2. When I talk to him, how it starts varies, but I don't use "I feel". Here's an example. Labor day weekend, we had to drive to Detroit for a funeral. I was going to meet his maternal family; 100s of aunts, uncles, cousins etc. We were doing a round trip over 4 days. I am the only driver. Saturday was the viewing, Sunday the funeral itself. I'm sorry it's come to this. In some respects, he's right. If you listen to what he's telling you, you probably will be happier. I've had this same conversation many times. I suggest you sit down and talk to your husband. When you talk, speak calmly, evenly. Don't use phrases like "I feel" you want to stick to logic, facts and avoid emotional entanglement. I don't follow this aspect of society as well as I should. My bf has told me that what he sees on the interwebs is that men are flocking to asian countries, like Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and meeting and marrying women from there. In most far eastern cultures, women do not have the same hangups and problems women in the US do. They are more traditional, conservative women, who want to take care of a man, being a homemaker, and believe these are the values a feminist feminine woman should have. I…

I don't know the actual numbers, and there's always the possibility that (as in other instances) the smallest group is the loudest problem. There are definitely plenty of videos on the internet from women crying and spitting over their poor choices. Hell, most of reddit is full of the woe is me tales. I've seen them equally from men and women. It's a lack of strong male role models.
/r/MensRights22/10/23 03:44 PM

Most modern women were raised without a dad/male role model. They don't know how a man should treat them. They don't expect respect, and they are unable to give respect, because they were not raised and taught by a dad how to earn and deserve respect.

I don't see the generational gap here as a problem, I think it's why this sub works. We are able to talk to each other, and communicate ideas across generations. Being able to communicate and debate is a dying art.

Assuming you're a girl, he is being a man. Men are not keepers of a house, they can, but they are not. Men are the lifters and the getter-dones. If you want the food in the cooler, then either pack all your bags with cold stuff in one bag rather than all spread out. You are the woman, you are expected to do the shopping, and organizing of the house.

You should not show or expect anything from him other than for him to act like a man. Men are generally not generous to someone else, unless that someone else is directly and immediately in their circle of influence. Wives, children; yes. Parents, maybe. Complete strangers is unlikely. It's not built into their DNA, and it's not how they are raised. If you want him to be generous, start doing it with him, invite him to events where he can be generous in other ways, like a food kitchen, or a home…

Please communicate with him about this. Relationships don't last when you fail to talk to each other. Ask him if it stems from past relationship abuse; maybe his generosity was abused by another woman. Maybe it's how he was raised. Talk. We as humans have forgotten how to just talk to one another. Individuals cam change, but they have to want to. Really want to, so they actively try to.

Hi friend, when your bf is talking to you, look him in the face, in the eyes if possible. Don't be doing anything else that will take your attention away from him. If you have to get up, go pee, whatever, tell him you are getting up before you go. Ask thoughtful questions about the things he talks to you about, and learn to appreciate the things he enjoys; sports, hunting, basket weaving. Respect him and the relationship. When he talks, don't talk over him.

You are not wrong. There are many instances of women accepting drinks from strange men only to wake up and find they've been roofied and raped. You will not be there to protect her, and though she will be among friends, there will also be alot of strangers about, of whom nothing is known. I work for Advance Auto Parts. If you can pass a drug test, go apply there. All the stores, all the DC are hiring, for every brand the company owns. This company hires based on merit, and they hire adults.

{49f} I think you did the right thing for yourself by walking away. If you are aware you cannot raise a child, it is far better to offer that child a better life by either adoption or some other means. I feel for the kid, as kids turn out better with a crappy dad than no dad involved, but perhaps the child's granddad may have stepped up.

I don't really know. I asked my bf, he said it's possible, but likely difficult. He says the left is rooted in feminism, and so being far left is nearly synonymous with feminism.

Is your job going to give a shit about your personal opinions? Also, whether they would or not, you should approach your boss and have a conversation with them about your views. If they already know, there's nothing she can hold over your head. If your company is a good one, they won't give a shit about your personal opinions. Even if they do, and you've done well at your position, you can throw in that regardless of your personal thoughts, you've still done the job right and well. Tell the bitc…

In my family (1 female, 3 men/closed polyandry) each of my men has on more than one occasion felt comfortable being emotionally vulnerable in front of me. I do not make fun of them, throw it back at them at a later date, nor give them any grief for having emotions or emotional reactions. We discuss when there are problems, and we try to fix them. The fact that she is trying to put you down, and will not support you emotionally, does not bode well for your relationship. She is not treating you as…

Hi there. My bf has told me that he hears this opinion echoed on twitter daily. That women have set ideals too high for men, and that men are not seen as worthy unless they meet 3 requirements (wealth/income, cock size, and height). You're not a minority (unfortunately). The best I can tell you, is that there are still women who exist who don't need all that, and will absolutely take you as you are. We're harder to find, but we do exist. There is also a seeming growing trend among younger women …

I don't agree with this. Men carry sperm. Half the genetic material needed to make a human. Sperm cells are infinitesimally small. Babies are not small. They start that way, but by the time we spit a human out, they weigh at least as much as a jug of milk. Aside from the weight of the baby itself, you have the additional strain on the human body of having to supply air, water, sustenance and blood circulation to a secondary circulatory system. The meme is correct in that men and women's experien…

Go ask for a court ordered DNA test. Then when the results come back positive, petition to have the birth certificate updated, then go back to the court and demand equal custody. You'll need to prove you can support your kid, and that the child will have their own bedroom, likely with a door that can shut.

I feel this is a great idea. Women have used false rape allegations to ruin men's lives and reputations for years, and have never had any fallout from the behavior. If men can be put on a registry to warn women; women should definitely be added to warn men.

more insults. Again, do you believe women should have no consequences to their actions when they screw up? Hold people accountable for their mistakes, and let them deal with the consequence of their actions.

actions and consequences. Do stupid things, get stupid results. It's less pro-rape, and more pro-you-get-what-you-deserve-from-your-actions. If she had not gone, as requested, she would not have been raped. She brought this result on herself; actions and consequences. I personally believe in holding people accountable for their own stupidity. I own my own, I expect no less from anyone else.

I love how your immediate reaction is to start throwing insults around. Do you believe that people should be able to do what they want without consequences being attached to those actions? Because there is such a thing as respect for your man, your relationship, your safety and your life. He asked her not to go, she went anyway. Actions have consequences. Just because she's a girl doesn't make her exempt from those consequences.

This is not narcissistic. If you've never worked in a high stress/emotional position, you have no idea then also what it is like to not be able to grieve and having to push through. This is a woman who lost a patient, is having to stop and try to set aside her own feelings, so she can continue caring of others who are still alive. Precisely the logic of the experiment. My gods, does no one think logically here anymore? If you experience something other than your norm for a duration of time, you have an opportunity to learn that it's not "either or" but rather "both differently". Jesus christ on a pogo stick. Ask your girlfriend to do an experiment with you. Role swap for a weekend. Dress her up as a man, you dress as a girl. Now, you might need to get some tips from the internet as to how to tuck and tape, or how to wrap her chest, but these things are possible. You might not immediately pass as feminine, but it will be easier for her to pass as male with some shadowing and cosplay effects. Then go out. Let her experience society as a man for a weekend, and make her SWEAR not to break her cover. Thi…

No, you can't be mad about this one, because you're looking at it a bit biased. In TX, they define life as beginning from conception onward. So in TX, a fetus is an alive being. It doesn't matter what you believe, TX has ruled this as a law. So this woman is technically correct, under TX law, she's carrying a citizen of the state and has a right to the HOV lane.

It's a religious and legal construct, but it doesn't have any bearing on where you live and with who. All marriage defines is who can do things for you legally, and binds your partner from giving evidence against you.

I don't know how common it is, but both of the men in my house were falsely accused of sexual assault. Both were innocent. In one instance, the girl led him on, and then the next day claimed it was rape. In the 2nd instance, he and the girl had a relationship, they were sexually active, she got pregnant, and told everyone it was rape. As far as I am concerned, most women these days aren't worth the air they breathe unless they are older than 35. Anyone younger simply doesn't have enough brain ce…

I don't know any statistical information as to men who were not appreciated/cared for in their 20s. The best I can speak to regarding this is my own experiences. I am a 48/edging 49 female. I work a full time job, supporting myself, a 38yo man, and a 43yo man (both of whom are not employed).
