It's surprisingly easy to be average.Yeah, that's bullshit. 5% is paper thin skin with crazy striations and vascularity. Look at Alberto Nunez DEXA scan at 6.7% - top bodybuilders have a very hard time getting anywhere near 5%. 3% is Andreas Munzer level, arguably the most lean bodybuilder of all time, and not sustainable for more than a day or so.
