It doesn’t get super hot where I live on the beach and I have a badass propane heater when it gets cold. I don’t even need a blanket when I run the heater at night. You can rent a big storage unit to use as a shop for projects and stuff for a fraction of the price of an apartment. Just a third option to consider.
