no guy in the top 20 percent of men is afraid or turned off by a woman offering him sex. That is a very bold statement. Not all guys are you. Now, I wouldn't discount that in any one case you are correct. The examples I'm thinking of are where there is a distinct change in demeanor that happens when I make the first move, which doesn't happen when I don't. However, I cannot read minds. Maybe they were interested until something else turned them off, but they didn't change their behavior percepti…

What data set are you drawing from? Anecdote. And you're right that it's largely a subset of men who have options, but it's also a strict subset who had already been exhibiting IOIs (I don't bother otherwise), up to and including taking me out on a date. Being confident and friendly (and even talking about sex in general terms) are definitely bonuses, but there's something about making the first move that men seem to be scared of. The only case where initiating the suggestion of sex got me anywh…

Nope... most women want a chase. A man wants the capture. If women fell in our laps, most men would give up the chase. You may be an exception (neither men nor women are monolithic in how they behave), but typically jumping the gun and trying to initiate sex too early has the effect of turning men off, even if they were previously interested. That said, maybe it's better to target the subset of men who don't have hangups about women being proactive.

I'll say what has worked for me: I casually mention that I'm in a non-exclusive relationship before even getting around to flirting. If that's a problem, then they'll say so right away as a contribution to the conversation ("oh, I could never do that. I need a steady girlfriend.") without getting angry or insulted because I haven't framed myself as a potential sexual partner yet (Even if he already has that frame in mind, he won't blame me for "playing" him). If it's ok with him, my experience (…

I know the author isn't here, but maybe someone else can answer: when and how should you introduce the fact that you are seeing other girls for the first time? I would guess that the author does it somewhere early on and in a cocky/funny joking manner, but the details on timing it and how to work it in aren't really there.

Neat idea if you can gather enough data (and possibly even control for variables such as phone availability, although that might be hard). Are you planning to write an app that Sedditors could use to help you gather the data?

Yes, doing physical things together in general is a good bonding experience, especially if it's a sport that she's interested in and you're good at. Her being interested => she's having fun while she's around you. You're good at it => huge DHV for you. Also, being athletic/graceful is sexy. Note: if she's also really good, you don't necessarily have to be better than her, but it will help. Also, it should be a sport that you enjoy playing as well because you will be more attractive if you are ha…

Agreed. The numbers game is huge part of seduction. Tangential to the original point, now just playing devil's advocate: smaller companies with specialized skills do thrive in niche markets when they don't have the budget to compete in saturated markets. Aversion to kino would be a bad example (it's probably very rare, and do you really want to have sex with someone who doesn't respond to touch when you could instead be attracting someone who does?), wouldn't it make sense to focus on the techni…

To be fair, the advice you're giving is still from the seducer's point of view, not from the target's.

That's a very good analogy. The consumer wants the best deal that he can afford, rather than the most profitable sale. The girl wants the best lay in her league above some standard with the fewest social repercussions, regardless of whoever you happen to be. Furthermore, the average girl has not studied human interaction as thoroughly as the accomplished PUA, as the average consumer hasn't studied sales. Consumer surveys are still a useful tool in marketing. Asking girls what they want is analog…

Your analogy doesn't quite work: it is not in the trout's interest to meet a competent fisherman, but it is in the girl's interest to meet a competent seducer. That said, you have good examples of women giving bad advice. I think they key takeaway is not to listen to stories about "If a guy does X, that gives me the feeling like it would be good/bad." A more reliable story would be along the lines of "A guy did X, and that made me feel more/less attracted to him." Now we're talking about real th…

That makes sense. Hotter girls are probably propositioned more often and are therefore used to the concept of casual sex whereas less attractive girls are not. I used to only have sex in relationships simply because that's how I thought the world worked until I learned otherwise.

Unless you're already in a monogamous situation (implied monogamy counts, though. Pull out with one if you think both are expecting exclusivity), there's not much that can go wrong. If anything, that you have female friends who appear to be attracted to you will DHV you a ton. And hey: you said it was an outing with friends. It's not as if either one was expecting it to be a private date. As a funny aside, I had a guy ask me to wing for him on a sort of threesome date once. The way it went, I'm …

It would be interesting to see what happened if you mixed and matched the styles a bit, too (such as wearing the "clean-cut" clothes but keeping the stubble, wearing the baseball cap forwards, etc).

I don't have a lot of advice I feel confident giving here, but one point: If you started calling/texting more often, you probably won't appear clingy as long as you have pertinent or interesting things to discuss (or if it's a text, something funny to say is enough, even if it doesn't warrant a response). It's also probably safe to say you're explicitly coming over to see her once in a while, and to ask her about your life/talk about yours once you're together. Just don't call out of the blue to…

Props to you for going after what you want. I'd just like to understand what it is, exactly. Do you expect to actually change the nature and expectations of your relationship with her, or are you just slapping a label on it? That may be absolutely true, technically, but having the mentality that there is such an abundance sets an internal frame that makes you more attractive in the first place, and hurts you less when you fail (as you're more likely to), which in turn is also good for your inner game. I think that is the point being made here. I think the cure to oneitis is being truly happy with yourself as a single man, and not by amassing abundance of women. Agreed here. I think this point needs emphasis. Amassin…

Seddit taught me about how to read IOIs, and furthermore about seduction tactics that can themselves be read as IOIs, about the concept of plausible deniability, etc. I'm positive that I've missed out on a lot of opportunities over the years by not knowing this stuff. I've definitely blown opportunities that I even recognized just by having shit game (being too available, unknowingly DLVing myself). The inner game concepts and the abundance mentality have also been a big help. Furthermore, seduc…

I think there's an element of being unfamiliar with rapid text-based communication. It's a different medium than in-person communication. As ThrowawayPUA points out, it lacks body-language and vocal cues. However, it's also easier to put thought into how you phrase things so that you can deliver a clearer message (whatever you want that message to be). OTOH, a lot of people (like the girls you're talking to) may suck at text-based communication themselves. There are people who are more proficien…

Tell her you don't want to hook up anymore. That's the only way to avoid leading her on. You can try the "just be distant" approach, but she might not catch on, especially since you already fucked her once. She can't read your mind.

No one goes for more than an hour or two without looking at their phone. I'm sure it applies to you, and perhaps you know it about her specifically, but that is just not true for everyone.

"hours and hour later"? If she's giving you under a 24-hour turnaround most of the time, it's conceivable that she's just legitimately busy when you message her. Also bear in mind that relationships are often intense up front and then calm down to some degree. Sometimes this means it's time to move on, sometimes it just means you have a stable thing going. Don't worry about what frame she has you in. She's most likely not analyzing it the same way that you are. The only important question is wha…

One option is to tell her outright why you don't want to go. Note that some people become judgemental when you don't like the same things they do, and this tends to be especially true for extroverted functions like dancing/raving. In my case, I consider that kind of judgementalism a dealbreaker, but you may want the girl anyway. 1) Is there any way that you can bail on the party by saying that you have other arrangements? This might be hard if you've already invited her to the other place at the…

Judging by your previous comment (and your general description of her behavior), she wants to fuck you already. It's not going to screw up the potential for an LTR. In fact, keeping her hanging like this well might. I know, it's scary because you don't know 100% for sure that she wants you, and you're afraid that bringing your feelings into the open will make things "weird" or "bad" in some intangible way that you can't define. Asian guys are hot, especially hot Asian guys. If you must evoke a racial stereotype, then you're Bruce Lee in his prime, not Mr Miyagi (seriously, comparing yourself to an old man?). And 5'7" is not too short unless you're going after taller chicks to begin with. There's nothing in your description that yells "unattractive," so if that's all you're insecure about I wouldn't worry. I think you already knew this, but you probably needed to hear it outright. I failed at closing a guy who by multiple accounts was physically attracted to me, because I had no game. Furthermore, he dragged me along on the backburner with this cocktease-and-friendzone routine that lasted far too long. My goal is twofold: become able to close on the guys that I want, and know when to back out. Seduction is also a good focused subset of basic social skills.

I wouldn't assume that it's always true for all girls. Having lots of experience with women can in some cases be a form of preselection/social proof. I actually used to seek out players under the idea that experience be better in bed, although I'm getting tired of the mindgames. You are right, though, in that there's a lot of social stigma among some groups. A in my stories had a lot of people who thought he was a creep, although that had a lot to do with snowballing negative stigma.

It didn't occur to me consciously that it was a penance, although I wouldn't necessarily discount it as a factor. I did actually care about this guy and didn't like seeing him hurt. Although I don't actually believe that doing this would karmically get me guys that I want in the future, I believe that this was also a psychological influence.

It's a matter of observation of causes and effects from both sides. You're absolutely right that it's difficult (nigh impossible) to make accurate judgements about things that you are very close to. This applies to how one responds to PUA, but it also applies to the one applying the technique in the first place. The piece of information that the receiver has is firsthand knowledge of changes in emotional state and attractiveness as a direct result of the PU behavior. It is possible that I am see…

The core idea, I think, is making me believe that the sex will be good. I believe that this is even more important for women than for men as a direct result of having lower sex drives. For us, sex is not like pizza: Bad sex is worse than no sex. Some of the things that affect this make logical sense. Others are more abstract and probably come from some kind of evolutonary genetic fitness cues. What constitutes sexual attractiveness in a woman? I think there's a lot of variation on preference her…

There are a few factors that might lead to friendzoning: 1) Lack of sexual attractiveness. This is the big one. 2) Desire to not hurt the guy's feelings. Really, do you expect her to say "You're ugly, no one will ever love you, and you should die alone. In a fire."? Granted, constructive criticism is probably better, but it's hard for people give and accept it, even when they realize that. 3) Your suspicion is correct in at least some cases. I friendzoned a guy once because I knew that I'd never…

C is potentially interesting in that I did not find him physically attractive. Additionally, by his own admission, he threw what he considered to be "pretty awful" game at me (I will have to ask him to elaborate on this), although he has historically been a successful PUA. He started out befriending me. Although I know that he was attracted to me, I do not know if he was actually trying to pick me up. He may have considered me unavailable at this point. B is actually involved in the commercial pickup industry, although he's not well-known enough that I'd heard of him at the time (I'd begun reading seduction materials at that point), and I've never seen him mentioned on Seddit. He is also younger than A and C and therefore has much less experience. I will paraphrase his strategy as taking good care of himself, being dominant and sexual to attract women, and continuing to be dominant and sexual as a bedroom strategy to keep them. There are three guys in particular I'll go over, who have studied/practiced pickup to at least some degree. I'll call them A, B, and C. I've had sex with B and C. A changed his mind and decided he didn't like me anymore, but I'm including him because I'd still hit that. A was apparently a successful player. I did not know this when I first met him, although I did find this out before it became clear that he was attracted to me (we were in the same social circle for a long time). He was also know…

In general: You should always have the mindset that it is the women who should be chasing you (at least as much as you are chasing them, ideally a little more). That said, revealing that you are attracted to a woman is in itself attractive (ie, don't pretend that you are completely disinterested or they won't bite). Treat women with the same level of respect that you treat men. Too many men put the pussy on the pedestal, so to speak, and too many more men who realize that it doesn't work overrea…

I'm usually hesitant to answer questions like these (or voice my opinion when I disagree with something someone says) because it's a common belief in the PUA community that women don't understand what they want, and therefore anything they say will be incongruent with what actually works. For the record, I think this is bullshit. My personal experience in the field is also pretty limited, but I have been targeted by a handful of PUAs with varying success and I am fairly self-aware and analytical…

Could you try using the open relationship status as part of your pickup strategy? This has worked out for me once, although I'm hesitant to recommend it yet without more data points. The good part is that you avoid the awkward conversation and potential hurt feelings and as a bonus, the girls are prescreened to be ok with it. Talking up your awesome open wife may also demonstrate preselection. Do be aware that this will limit your dating pool. Who you target in the first place is also probably i…

Women (or at least me) are not as intuitively familiar with social dynamics as some guys here seem to think they are. I was rejected by an alleged sex maniac who had already expressed that he was attracted to me (both behind my back to other guys and to me directly). I'm still not sure exactly why, but I suspect that I DLVed myself by being too available, and nothing ever happened. To be ethical, definitely make it upfront what you want. Don't frame it in a negative manner, though, or she'll be put off. You want her to come off thinking that an attractive dude (good job: you got that part down) wants to fuck her once, period. Would you be comfortable having sex with her? She probably doesn't get laid much, either, and would probably appreciate a good night of foreplay, sex, and cuddling, even if it's only a one-night stand. I don't know why you got downvoted here, this is pretty good advice (although the exact wording may be a little blunt). If she's not into you, you haven't gone too far. The more sexually attractive you are, the more forgiving women are likely to be of behavior. Sexual attractiveness, IMO, is how much the girl anticipates enjoying sex with you. Straight-up natural good looks have a lot to do with this. Keeping yourself in good shape also goes a long way. You can also greatly amplify your sexual attractivess by projecting an image that suggests that you'll be a lot of fun in bed. Is 16 the age of consent where you live? Be careful. Not all girls have the same taste in men, but here goes: Get in as good shape as you can. If you're a little chubby, try to lose some weight. If you're skinny, lift some weights and eat. Pump some iron at the last minute before you see her - it will have a nice effect. If you can, grow some facial hair. protip: Girls want to have sex with you (maybe not you in particular, but in general they like to have sex). You can think of your game that way if you want in your head, but if you ever get it across to her that you're "trading" something to her for sex (validation, status, etc), it will reflect negatively on your attractiveness (although this misconception is too common for it to be a complete dealbreaker).

I'm a female who has been lightly following seduction strategies for a little while now. Let me give you an anecdote that is relevant to your concern.
