1	Next time try supporting your own? I mean, no. That's like saying that black people face no societal discouragement within certain fields because "look at Obama". Or even that people born poor aren't discouraged to become CEOs by society as compared to people born rich because "I know a guy born poor who became CEO". Some groups of people will struggle because of cultural and systemic factors. Some individuals within that group will still succeede, because there will always be outliers.
