Fun insight from the left pie graph alone: .44/.56 = 78.5% This happens to be the exact same number that the many people claim is the gender wage gap ("women make ~78 cents for every dollar that men make"). Maybe because women work 78% of the hours?

I guess you are right in a way. Charging them with some sort of misdemeanor (abuse of emergency services, etc.) would be enough to get them into a court room where a judge would issue the community service hours. I just do not think this type of thing warrants a felony or jail time as the pitchfork crowd might suggest.

I think what you have here is a case of two immature fucking idiots getting bored and deciding that they wanted attention. Particularly because nobody was actually harmed (meaning nobody was actually blamed / falsely accused), there is little purpose in criminally charging these girls. He should have gone ghost on her cold behavior and see if she'd come back, as the future status of the relationship is already set, if not official by her actions. The only was to change that is to make her second-guess her hesitation, not through begging, pleading, and prostrating yourself.
