I'd highly recommend the book "No More Mister Nice Guy" From Dr. Robert Glover. It sounds like this next "manipulative" game book, but it actually has nothing to do with PUA, but goes into character defects and exercises on how to fix them and loving yourself again This is my fav and I recommend this to any men

It is pretty vulnerable from your side as he might reject you, which is scary. But just tell him what you're about.

I overthink every text. If you do that. Stop that. It helps.

I (24M) didn't last with my ex as well. We tried for 7 years, but things were not meant to be. What didn't work out? Tbh I knew from the start something was off. She was just not fully my type. Being comfortable with her and afraid of losing what I've got, is the reason we tried but didn't work out in the end.

I (24M) am experiencing the exact same thing. I like meeting women and play with them at bars. Becoming this intimate with someone I don't know is not something I'd prefer to do. For me personally, i just need more acceptance of this 'preference'. Hope my thought helps :)

Do you mind sharing the hobbies that stuck? I'm always looking for new ideas or general inspiration.

I needed to hear this once more. Women can decline this force and I respectfully accept their choice. But I can have this force within me and nothing wrong with that.

What do we think of this. Bro, what do you think of this?

Ask for what she likes. Feel more. Do stuff that pleasures you too. Stop masturbating and watching porn. Being in the moment and actually feeling the connection between you two (and this can still be rough sex) makes sex so much more intense. Stop watching porn and masturbating helped me with this.

I can relate highly to your problems. I also see myself as a good looking guy, but the internal is a mess when dating. Every time again. I feel like the main problem is that I try to take control of the whole dating situation. Let dating be such an uncontrollable thing. Still found no way of dealing with it, other than being in the moment. But know you're not alone.

If you are not fucking her, you are her girlfriend. I bet her GFs don't want to fuck each other..

It's super hard not to have assumptions. So I totally get your thought process. Hehe, always a though one. Just see what happens and what feels well in the moment. If the moment is there for it, ask her. Escalating at home is the easiest, building the vibe to have her come with you is harder. Just have fun, try to connect and if you're out for a quick fuck, then do that.

2 of my thoughts: Sex doesn't happen at public places, so if you meet at one of yours homes. Just initiate or initiate kissing, things will turn out if the vibe is right. Although you've probably talked for a bit, you got an impression of her. Maybe she is the sweetest girl in person. Don't go in with assumptions in mind. Maybe you do get good convos as she doesn't like texting for example. Just see what happens bro.

What I do these days and which seems to work is just keep talking on tinder with a good flow for 3 evenings straight and then suggest a date. I got 3 dates in one week 😅 I think this works as I'm showing just enough interest to get to know each other better, but do not really seem to care to switch from platform. I also use the line: "you're not on here for yet another chat convo, are you?" Which does well. Lol

If you are not the boss over your urges, your urges are the boss over you. Try mastering self control. If you need help, go out for a addiction self help group (they are free and for every addiction you can imagine).

Just be fun. Have more to offer by creating a life you want to live. If you are really putting effort into your own life, someone probably wants to participate because of how amazing it is.

I worried a lot about how to do this myself. I did it a couple times now. The secret? The moment it pops on my head I go up to her. Not thinking what I should say. The moment I start thinking is the moment worry and doubt kick in. This helped me a lot with getting out of bed as well (lol). Just do the action you want to do without even thinking of it. Get moving.

Try to stop caring. Over-analyzing is a thing. Just send whatever you like and be happy with whatever is you. Although, make sure it is somewhat socially accepted.

I do not even care anymore. Be yourself, be happy, f this over-analyzing.

I'm sorry to hear that bro. Just remember that you are the author of you own life. It took me 2 active years to get out of a similar position as you and it came from a place which I least expected (beating my addiction). Just don't give up and actively try to find ways to better your life each day (start cleaning your room, PC, clean out friends, find a daily routine). You got this!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
