Not sure if that's sound advice though. I understand the reasoning but since almost everyone is average hence the term they would need to give the maximum to get into the 20% above. It's safe to assume from the outset not be the champ and give it the best shot so to reach up to this 20% region you name. Starting out with the mindset "well let's not over-invest here" might not be enough. Same applies to workout and guys with average genetics.

Ministries are not appointed by virtue of knowledge but party concensus and parity. You're lucky if you have like a lawyer in the justice ministry but usually the secretaries and subordinates do the work anyway. That's why you can switch ministers all the time and everything still works. But yeah bad aesthetics and example for the populace.

Depends and he has even a "part 3" for sale now. I liked the first one best and the second one is an extension and in a way builds upon the ideas of TRM like Matrix, RP and so on. AFAIK the first book is an edited and cleared up version of the blog. Highly recommended read in any case.

I'd say many religious conventions and social contructs which we have today were invented by the great churches particularly roman-catholic and have no base anywhere in the canonic bible which is itself an edited excerpt from a greater range of religious texts of the jewish/christian tradition. For example there's no "if I'm good and die I go to heaven and meet all my dead friends" anywhere.
