P90X were always my favorite at home workout videos due to the cardio weight lifting combinations. It's also nice if you only have access to dumbells. I've always aimed to increased my weight by 2.5 - 5 lbs per week. The weight routines I do require barbells and I'm lifting 80+lbs depending on what I'm doing. I haven't been lifting lately due to knee injury and now pregnant so I probably won't get to start back up until after pregnancy.

I've always hated the negativity that lifting weights has gotten for females. None of my friends will ever lift weights with me because they think they will get "bulky" and just don't like lifting weights because it's boring. Do I look bulky? This is a cute idea, but I think it more depends on your SO. My husband actually gave me all of the control during this time. I was still pretty frisky and initiated often, but everything below my waist was off limits. BJ's were frequent and I wasn't ready for any sort of penitration until maybe 7 weeks postpartum after my OB had cleared me. PIV sex was still uncomfortable until about 6 months pp and then our sex life went back to normal, if not even better than before.

She's not on our team. She plays on the really good team that wins every season that he used to play on. Husband is a hitter on co-ed, but also plays in a men's league where he sets.

I could care less that it was a woman, which is why I didn't mention it in the OP because it doesn't matter to me. I do care that it is a mutual friend though, one that both of us talk to and spend time with separately. I really don't want her thinking these negative things when I'm with her. She doesn't need to be put in the middle of our issues.

There is a difference that we could actively sit and discuss the issue rather than when he tries to coach it is in between plays and not much time for him to show it to me. I learn better when someone shows me what I should be doing rather than just being told. Then after the game is done he doesn't try to explain what he was trying to get me to do. I'm not looking for a fight either, just to respond to your earlier question. I'm just hurt he said some if the things he did. I didn't put everything he said in the OP, but it is definitely not something I would say to a friend that both of us spend time with together and individually. I'm just looking for a way to let my husband know I was in the wrong for snooping but I also want to get to the bottom of our issue here.
