Dumb question, but is there like... A "Younger they are the more trouble you are" kind of rule? The only reason I ask, is because the other dude asked at the end 'how old were they?' Just curious.

Are the rules different in like, Britain? I don't remember the license plates on the cars, but didn't it take place (I know it's a fictional world) in Britain? The legal age is 16 there, if he was over that would that mean he'd be tried as an adult? I can't say I know much about the legal process in the US, let alone another country.-
