The man also has a right to raise his own child. The same as you or I. Who are you to say that being raised by this adoptive family is what is best for the child? In my experience its been mostly the under 40 crowd that does this. I've had tons of older women have the "awww" reaction when I'm alone with either of my kids but the only times I've been confronted is by wom en (occasionally with their husbands) 30-40 years old.
