Good, I’m tryna help people but you are the only one with an open mind. I promise this will help. It will feel very uncomfortable at first because there will be lots of silence and waiting around but you have to learn to ignore it the best you can. You can’t hold frame 100% but you need to try you hardest and there will be times you slip up and act needy but it’s how you recover. I still lose frame here and there. It’s always a work in progress
