She is pretty ugly tbh. I only did this to end a two-year dry spell. I regret every single moment of this and I washed my sheets right after.

The thing is, this girl is in her early 30s and is now desperate for her Beta Bucks. Should I still go this route?

During orgasms, I just feel the physical sensation and nothing else. While the feeling is great, it does not invoke the ecstasy or euphoria that other people, both men and women, describe. To me, it is comparable to scratching an itch that has been bothering you for over 10 minutes: feels great, but still care more about other things.

My father was quite distant since he was not expecting me as his third child and had plans to live it up with my mother after they had two children. During my childhood, he did not really seem interested in associating with me and would constantly be angry because I was disruptive in regards to his relationship with a woman he was cheating on my mother with. My mother, on the other hand, was so focused on making a great career for herself that she put my well-being below her success. There have …

I will be beginning my 7th semester at college this Fall, I will still have two left afterwards because one of my required classes in only offered on the fall and I am currently not ready for it. My degree is in computational mathematics.

The helicopter parenting hits the nail on the head for me. I grew up with a "strong, independent" mother that was also a teacher at the elementary school I attended. Therefore, I had to stay with her for hours-on-end doing nothing. Whenever I was invited to hang out with other young boys whose mothers were also teachers to hang out, I was always yelled at because it's "too dangerous." If I was ever picked on in school, I never stood up for myself. Why? If I did and got in trouble, my mother woul…

I'm in a similar situation: at my work (a crap $9/hr one since I am in school), most of the people are the stereotypical "live-it-up-while-you're-young" crowd, and I'm the one that sticks out (3.92 in a STEM degree, a leader in a public speaking group, reads in spare time, doesn't drink/smoke, etc.). Whenever I try to make casual conversation just to pass the long hours, they don't really open up at all. However with higher status groups (such as fit, educated men), I am respected and listened t…

Unless you plan on getting into a serious, top-tier medical, law or graduate school, don't fret over grades so much -- Go out and have some fun. Of course, don't be "that guy" who gets drunk every single weekend and literally can't function when the weekday starts. Kick bad habits to the curb. This includes, but is not limited to: * Jacking off to porn (only go NoFap if it absolutely helps you) * Smoking weed. * Pulling all-nighters. * Excessive drinking. Start some good habits that will benefit…

I definitely agree with you on the speech part. At my work (a crap, ~$9/hr job since I currently enrolled in college and saving up for graduate school), so many of the minority guys use words like "yo", "dawg" and "nigga" and it is painful to my ears. Not only does it sound uneducated and disrespectful, but none of the customers that come in seem to take them seriously or show them respect.

The age gap doesn't even have to be this extreme to cause bitching. I'm now 21 and even though my SMV still has a ways to go, I have noticed that younger girls (14 - 18) give me much more attention than ever before. Of course, I'll never do anything illegal, but when I'm out in public with my older sister who is about to hit the Wall, she gets pissed when these younger girls hit on me because "its weird." But I'm not allowed to comment on her dating a man 7 years older than her so...

As somebody that grew up being bullied, the two most powerful things in your arsenal are saying "no" and holding frame. The reason why they pick on others in the first place is to get a reaction out of others in an attempt to seem more powerful in a social setting. By saying "no" and standing up for yourself, it makes them realize that you have self respect and will not tolerate their bullshit. Of course, you must also hold your frame while you do this because they will not get what they ultimat…

Albuquerque, NM here. This may not be the most ideal place to live in since there isn't much to do, but if you're a white guy that is into Hispanic girls, this place is a fish-in-a-barrel for you. Conversely, if you're a Hispanic (brown-skinned) guy that doesn't play the stereotype (dress clean-cut, don't buzz your head in any way, no mustaches/goatees, don't speak in hip-hop slang/call people "ese", "vato" or "homie", etc.), then the white women here will love you. As a brown guy, about 70% of …

This is something I needed to hear; I am always giving off that thirsty vibe whenever I'm in public, even when a girl isn't even that attractive. It is bad because it shows that you don't get female attention, which is a red flag in the eyes of a woman. Even when you act aloof, they can still see through it and will likely be even more repulsed. Only if the aloofness is genuine will it actually have the positive effect, hence what Mark Manson means by "honesty" in Models.

This reminds me of that article titled 6 Harsh Truths That Will Make You A Better Person that says that the world only really gives a damn about what you can give to it. Being "nice" isn't something that has value, but is rather more of a basic social gesture. If you want respect, you must provide something to others that they can't get elsewhere.

You are vey motivating. I am in a similar situation: working a shitty minimum wage job at a fast-food place, but I want to be an announcer while in college. Your post was very inspiring. I'm going to save this and get out of my minimum wage Hell like you did. Stay strong.

Contrasting stereotypes about your race. Very, very critical point. As a racially mixed guy (Latino, Native American and white) with brown skin, I guarantee that if I wasn't involved in a STEM degree, didn't speak English without an accent and didn't dress myself well (H&M and Banana Republic are my shit), I would never get attention not only from white girls, but any girls for that matter.

I haven't gamed a girl in almost a year because I need some serious self-work, but I have used that kind of information when dealing with women. Whenever a girl, even if it's my mother or older sister, says something with a lot of emotion towards me, good or bad, that means you're doing something right. For example, whenever my sister throws a temper tantrum at me because I don't do something that she wants at that current point in time, I just shrug it off because in reality, women hardly ever …

I wasn't aware that TRP even existed at this time, but when I first looked back after swallowing it, it was a huge realization for me. When I was 17, I dated a girl on the dance team from our rival high school. A HB 7 that had many orbiters at the time. I thought I hit the jackpot. However, due to my lack of experience with girls, I went more Beta than the Greek letter itself. Not going into details, let's just say that it was cringeworthy. During the summer, she got a job as a lifeguard where h…

I was once at a family gathering and my aunt, a 40 + woman who is past her prime years but still a very positive and upbeat person, asked me if I have a girlfriend. When I said that I didn't because I didn't know how to talk to or approach them, she told me: "Girls never know what they want and it doesn't really matter what you say, but rather how you make her feel."

My older sister is experiencing this right now; she'll be turning 25 in a few months. I hate to say this about her, but my sister is pretty much a basic bitch: watches Netflix in spare time, earned a social science degree, is glued to her phone, literally cries when she can't go out partying (one time, my city's roads were coated with ice and there were literally over 300 car accidents that night, she still snapped when I told her not to go out and risk her life), etc. She just graduated and whe…

That is probably exactly why. He hasn't talked to me in over a month, but he'll gladly hang out with a mutual friend that literally failed out of college and had his first child at 19 because he was orbiting a girl for over three years.

Throughout high school, one of my closest "friends" who is wildly successful with girls because he is from a wealthy family always treated me like the Beta fuck-up that I was. After graduation, I knew that something had to change within myself. Without knowing that TRP even existed, I began improving myself. This started by quitting video games, joining NoFap, reading No More. Mr Nice Guy and taking my studies more seriously (I now have a 3.83 in a STEM degree). His reaction? "Why did you quit W…

Women are used to literally turning heads every single day. That's why when a man refuses sex (which is a woman's most powerful tool), they automatically assume he's gay. Even in non-sexual situations, it is still true. About two semesters ago when I first swallowed The Pill, my extremely long Anger Phase began. If you're currently enrolled at a university and happen to earn good grades and take your time seriously with the school's resources, it is not uncommon for HB 7+s to try to charm you in…

I think the reason that NoFap isn't very much supported here on TRP is because it is true: a good majority of the users on that subreddit are Beta Bux types of guys. For those that are really struggling with looking at pornography either because it is a legitimate addiction or just plain because you feel like an Omega piece of shit just by looking at it, we should all do what we have to do.

Not only is this true with friends, but with family as well. Growing up, I was raised by a SJW mother, passive/distant father, "strong" older sister and a gay brother. Like you may have already predicted, I grew up to bleed more blue than the ocean. Despite the fact that I have been working on myself for a while now, my family will always see and treat me like the loser fuck-up that I was throughout most of my life.

As a recovering porn addict that is part of NoFap, I highly recommend that you read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. Unlike most self-improvement books, this one is mostly comprised of academic sources that go into detail about how habits are formed and even down to what is physically going on inside the brain when one is going through certain routines. Like with most things, there is no "correct way" of going through it. Whether it is by using the old rubber-band-on-wrist trick or looking …

There is a guy at this gig that looks like a Fedora-wearing Neckbeard and has a very high-pitched voice. Not a single one of the girls is a bitch to him, most likely because he actually does play the Nice Guy role and can get things out of him.

I have this friend that I've known since I was about 16 years old (we are both turning 21 soon). His is quite an alpha guy due to the fact that he has been working manual labor with his alpha father since he was 14 years old, making $11/hour since. As a guy that grew up with a "strong" mother and a passive father, I was basically an Omega in his and our circle of friends' eyes. As a way to aid your health while also exercising, pick up cooking. People say that "women belong in the kitchen", but the best chefs in the world are men. You're going to screw up a lot of dishes, even when you do something simple (I made some homemade ketchup last night and it tastes like spicy piss), but that's just the learning process in anything. Afterwards, you have to clean up. Kills time and makes one hell of a meal!

I agree that The Red Pill should be about life in general. Let's be honest here, while getting girls and having them eye-fuck you is a good feeling, so many guys, including Chads, prioritize getting their dick wet over more important shit in life (such as having healthy food in the refrigerator, getting their financial situation under control or growing the fuck up in general). Is this really what our sons want to view as "fathers"? Not only that, but the world is a harsh place full of hypocrisy…

Once you realize why you seek validation from women, it is easier to reprogram your mind to not. No More Mr. Nice Guy does a little Breaking Free Activity where the Nice Guy looks back on his childhood/developmental years and names abandonment experiences that have led up to him acting the way he does now. For me, it was avoiding disapproval (I.e. getting yelled at) from my mother when I didn't do what she wanted, such as not getting an A+ on my report card or socking a bully in the nose when he…

I'm 5'10", slim with muscle tone, a mix of Latino, Native American and white (Spanish, French and possibly Italian based off of my surname).
