Bsutansalt delivered some purple pill. I wonder if it's good for TRP to advertise ourselves as less extreme than we are. You have to ease them into it. The comments in that tread only tell me one thing. They didn't read the side bar. Most read some posts, see one or two and get the wrong idea, leave saying all their fears where true.

Coolest guy in a niche hobby group mostly filled with betas. There is so much truth in this. It would seem that since their are usually less women in niche hobbies that it would be harder, but that is rarely the case as the beta to non beta ratio is usually better then other places.

I try and not have women as my go to for emotional support. Even my wife, though I know she would be there for me. Perception is too important in women's eyes to risk a false perception. I have found it is better to just ignore her probings (deaths are really hard to hold frame) until you can get to what ever you use for support.

That is not quite the best analogy as while most would have trouble with it, it is not often an issue. In my time in service, I didn't recall any women that couldn't hike with full combat gear and ruck. Their stuff is also lighter as things that take up a lot of weight like Armor are smaller because of their smaller frames. I am not saying there isn't some issues, just that women who try can preform in the modern military.

I have it as well and you just need to let it work for you. Video games are my crutch, but I can get tasks done by letting myself get distracted from my gaming and move back to work. When working, remind your self that you can game just after you are done.

Still sounds similar, even the arm thing. You'll get use to it. In my opinion, what happened to her is that something clicked in her mind that you are not a child any more and a man. She is just adjusting behavior. I speculate it is because of that magic few years when children and parents are both functioning adults and the dynamic switches in your relationships. Unless there is some serious Oedipus things going on, my initial reaction is that you might be misinterpreting her. Your childhood has some similarity to mine and I have seen my mother become more interested my life so to say, but it is only empty nest syndrome from what I can tell. I would say no. How ever, it is a difficult question as Red Pill is directed at Men engaging Women and would not necessarily always apply to a women engaging another woman unless the perhaps the woman presented herself as a man or with extremely masculine demur.

This is from experience. I tried talking about how men are often demonized when in groups and that if a group of men tried to make a club or something about men then it was obviously a hate group. This was in an collage class after I pointed out that women could do it and get praised.

I can not really comment on your first paragraph, but I can on your last. I was in the military for 6 years and I feel I can say with confidence that gender is not really an issue to the functionality of a unit, in or out of combat.
