This really put it into perspective. Thank you. It helps summarize a lot of feelings I have had towards women in the gym in specific. The ones that wear short yoga shorts and a sports bra to lift weights are attractive yet I always knew deep down inside that they’re not just there to workout, they are seeking the attention. Yup bingo. I have been practicing retaining for 10 months. It is life changing, I am never going back. That being said, people make assumptions that there is no benefit to retaining semen without having tried it themselves. That’s just an excuse to continue jerking it. If someone retained their semen for say 3, 6 or even 9 months and then said that there is nothing wrong with masturbation their argument would have much more value.

I’m 24 years old. I work a difficult and medium-high paying job. In the next 5 years I see great career development that will lead me to a very high paying and high stress job.
