Honestly brev, you're better off dropping her. If she texts you do not answer, she already basically said she doesn't have much interest in you, and for you to not take the hint when it's blatant and keep being there whenever she texts, she's going to use you like a doormat. Then chit chat shoot the shit and ask for the Instagram if she has one, Instagram doesn't seem so risky to her as opposed to exchanging numbers.
