"In general" would include the draft against men so I don't get your point. It's not an actual day-to-day issue even men bring up often.

What a dumbass argument. What large group of women in the US have put "Men must be drafted" as a top issue they voted towards? You ask the average woman (especially pro-choice) and they most likely would be against the concept of the draft in general.

?????? My point was that he was stating it as if feminist gathered around and made this attack on men when it was a man that ordered it. Jesus Christ y'all are so sensitive.

I don't expect you to read through my own replies but already discussed this with someone. https://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/t52wr6/its_unfair_and_depressing_watching_a_40_year_old/hz31eo2/ But yeah I do believe there should be equal minimum requirements. As for promotions and rankings, I could see how it makes more sense for them to be gendered as the biological difference between women and men really comes to play when we max what our bodies can do; which is not necessary in modern …

I asked where it has been proven that women not carrying a rifle for extended periods of time was of detriment in warzones. Not if the average man can carry more than the average woman. And again, a woman that can pass fitness tests is going to have an overall easier time than a man that cannot. Women in the military are not able to pass the same tests at all, they are subjected to less strenuous testing, as otherwise the pass rate would be so appallingly low that there's basically be no women i…

Unless you have actual studies that give some kind of proof that women can't carry rifles and supplies for prolonged periods of time and that being a detriment in warzones all you are doing is making a baseless assumption. Considering that women exist in armed forces and are able to pass physical fitness assessments I think it is safe to assume they are capable of carrying rifles. There are plenty of men that aren't able to pass the same tests as well; yet they would be drafted. Why don't you ha…

I'd maybe agree if it were 300 years ago. Women can be just as adept at modern combat as men. It doesn't take a lot of physicality to shoot rifles or use tanks and planes. Not to mention there are a lot of required skills needed in warzones outside of combat.

I'm sorry but your post has incel vibes to it..especially "what men and women are good at". It's not like the women of Ukraine gathered around and decided this. This was ordered by a man. I am also sure there are women that are choosing to stay to fight for their country. (https://www.wsj.com/articles/if-war-with-russia-comes-ukrainian-women-will-be-on-the-front-lines-11645113866) Both men and women can be "good at" bringing up children or fighting.

I disagree with a lot of you most of the time but this seems ridiculous. At the very least men should have the exact same privileges.

Except it did. Actually I think this has more coverage now than when the original story came out. It's all over.

They are assholes because of what they believe and are passionate about; not because of anything they did in the video. There is no need to be disingenuous with me.

If you are honestly asking (I doubt you are) it is because the anti-choice movement significantly hurts society and is basically mass harassment of people that make a very difficult choice. I don't agree with her attacking anybody but I don't blame her for being bothered by assholes like these.

This is what I don't get. The movie is not out and nobody has watched it. The ratings and reviews are clearly about hating her more than reviewing the actual movie. It makes "MLM" argument look incredibly weak imo and I don't identify myself as a hardcore feminist or anything like that.

None of those jokes use "fag", "faggot" or "gay" in a disparaging way (Except for Schumer's comment a bit). Kevin Hart's jokes and tweets clearly were using those words in disparaging ways. He has admitted this and said it is because of his own insecurities. I don't think Nick Cannon is helping much here. I am not sure why people are pretending like Kevin Hart wasn't homophobic.

No. I just think you are being ridiculous. He generalized then gave a direct comparison. Were done talking. Have a nice day.

I dont understand how you quote him generalizing then say hes not... Instead of trying to get reactions by comparing to the opposite sex's extreme case just focus on on what is happening here in the states...in reality. What happened here is unjust but nobody is going to take your arguments seriously if you keep doing this.

He made a general comparison of treatment which grossly exagerrates mens issues in America. Do men have their own issues with rights in America? Sure but lets not pretend we are under amazonian rule.

You wont be taken seriously by comparing the treatment of saudi arabian women to american men..

I can't imagine this happening in America. Anyone with a right mind would be afraid of being shot.

wtf? This is more fucked up by the guy video taping. Yes. She should be picking up after her dog but immediately escalating the situation by threatening to beat up her boyfriend and forcing her to pick up the shit bare handed? Seems like a psychopath to me.
