2	FBI Analyst Sues FBI For Gender Discrimination, Saying Fitness Test Biased Against Men This, whilst it's unfair to give one gender more chances to pass a test than the other, having a separate physical requirement is understandable. As parkers said, the fastest senior womens 1500m time in Britain this year was 4:03.38, a 14 year old male ran 3:59.20. Men are just naturally stronger than women.
