None of the men offered their seats either - no one was in a position to help. While I agree it would not have happened to a woman, I think it's unfair to say the women were less caring. While I don't fully agree with where the author is coming from, I do agree framing it as a daddy daughter date is a bit weird. This is anecdotal, but it's not the same for everyone.
