1	DEI mandates backfired disastrously My personal experience with women in the work place lines up with your stats. I've worked with a couple women that worked harder and are more consistently than most of the employees and they flat out make it known that they would rather work with men because they are more dependable, with less drama. Merit based hiring is the logical answer. I work at a food and agriculture company. To sum it up, all the corporate positions except mine, the maintenance, and safety department are held by women.
