I spend 45 min at the gym 6x a week. No cardio. The main reason I carry a small BF% is because I make the right choices when I go to the grocery store. How does relocation change this, if, say, a couple is presenting as married and moves to a common law state? I think this would come to Choice of Law or Proper Law. Odds are that the contract would remain in place, but I could be wrong about this.
