The hell are you talking about semantics what was your original comment is about I'm just correcting you because you are wrong. Being in a bad mood is part of mental health... i really don't think you understand the definition of mental health and you're not learning either as i already explained this. Boy you really don't take criticism or listen well and you're quick to anger. PM me if you wanna chat or vent or something

Not all women or men have insecurity so no. Also insecurity isn't automatically a problem it becomes a problem like anything when it negatively impacts you. A healthy person has naturally some insecurity and its part of having empathy and not being a sociopath.

Except it's not. Anxiety is part of mental health but slight anxiety isn't magically unrelated to mental health and serious anxiety is part of it. There's no difference in the commonly used and listed definitions btw it's simply that common use focuses more on the serious stuff but it's never excluded the less severe in any usage. You're talking out of your ass.

Minds aren't simply healthy or unhealthy and no one is suggesting what you said. At all. Insecurity is a part of mental health. If you don't think it is you might not understand that term. Mental health doesn't only consist of the crippling disorders.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
