My favorite though has to be the convenience charge. I have to pay the city $55 a year as a convenience charge to them for deducting child support from my paycheck. What. The. Fuck. Yea, but no refunds on that court-ordered convenience charge when they inevitably fuck up in the most profound way. Go figure.

That's not how it works where my custody agreement is in place. I was informed by my lawyer that I basically had no recourse, I couldn't even take her to civil court and sue her because child support doesn't function that way.

It depends on the state. Unless for some reason you're OK with infidelity and raising someone else's kid then as a dude you should absolutely get any kid you think is yours paternity tested, always. If it turns out the kid isn't yours you need to hire a lawyer to separate from that shit ASAP.

Lol no. Once you give your money to the CSEA you never see it again. The default in a court order where I have to deal with child support is to force your employer to automatically deduct child support from your paychecks. They came to the conclusion at some point that I owed back child support, which wouldn't have been a big issue except for the fact that I was in the middle of transitioning jobs. They only update their system once a month, so when I received my final paycheck (which included a…

Honestly, homeless people aren't even worth the breath you already wasted on him. Unless one physically assaults you there's no way of knowing if they're just a lazy vagrant or a severely fucked up crazy person. Best thing to do with any confrontation in which a homeless person is not trying to kick the shit out of you is to just ignore them and move on.

Check local laws, even if you do get a recording if the state doesn't allow one-party consent it'll be inadmissible in court. Could even get your ass in more trouble given the content.

I don't go to clubs much anymore, but I do still do bars - and I always drink. You don't want to get smashed, but I don't see the problem with having a few beers to lower your inhibitions and relax a bit. Plus I like drinking with my dudes, so there's that. Have a few beers if you want. I don't understand the whole "never drink" concept. Unless you're not drinking because you actually don't want to drink, in which case disregard this. As for pretty much everything else you said: practice makes p…

Lol. "Justice." In case anyone's not familiar, involuntary manslaughter will generally get you about 6 years in the US. That's accidentally killing someone.

If you think pussy is such a vital part of living that everyone MUST want it I'd say you're putting it on a pedestal.

I saw a post about a kick starter, but if you can't afford a lawyer yourself you need to start doing some reading and don't count on that for shit. Filing paperwork is a pain in the ass, the laws are fucked and confusing, but you need to dedicate time to reading them and understanding them thoroughly. If you can't afford a lawyer you're going to be on your own and you need to understand how things work. I'm not sure about PA but where I live there is a legal library stocked with staff who can te…

You forgot about milking attention and sympathy for the next 5 years because "my boyfriend killed himself."

It really is. For me it's one of those things where if she basically falls into my lap then OK. For example: over the summer I hooked up with a chick that was 16 and lived in my apartment complex. It was easy, there was practically no over the phone communication, and her parents pretty much didn't exist in her life. And of course she was 16, so hot as hell. I don't typically spend any time pursuing or trying to secure them because it's a serious pain in the ass. A lot of the lessons I mentioned…

You're gonna have a lot of people in general that are going to shit on you for even considering it, but fuck them. In my experience the thing you gotta watch out for is that if someone makes a stink about it the cops will do their best to nail you with something else, namely CP. The most obvious one is don't video tape anything you do with em. However, you also need to watch out for them sending you nudes or even sexting in some places. It's a dangerous game, only slightly worth it if it works o…

I don't get it. What's the point in wasting time making a fake profile with some other dude's pictures? What are you trying to learn? More attractive people are more likely to be successful in the dating game? Duh. Also... what are you going to do when you set up a date? "Oh yea, if I looked like my friend I could totally go out with this chick." I seriously don't understand why people do it. Please explain.

Chicks where I'm at are notorious for this. I got into the online dating in January / February of this year and in the short 30ish days I was trying it out I had four dates where I was caught off guard by a chick using outdated photos. How do you expect a dude to NOT walk out on a date when you pull some manipulative shit like that? That's basically outright lying off the rip... and if I came expecting a 6/7 out of 10 and you're a 3 what the fuck makes you think I'm going to stick around?

when a girl implies that she is broke, use caution to before you buy drinks or food, you dont have to pay for anything. I met couple of girls in a pretty bad financial shape who just go out to dates to make guys pay for their food and booze. So I would look for hints, if she admits that next couple of days she will be going to dates, just get up , pay only your part of the check and leave, you deserve better..... I especially love this one. My neighbor has been opening up a bit more to me lately…

I'm definitely not saying avoid women. People do talk about monk mode, which is (by my understanding) where you make it a point to actually exclude them from your life while you focus all of your efforts on improving yourself. If confidence is really your issue and you're lacking in the "man I want to be" department, that's an option. In my opinion: don't pass up any freebies that fall into your lap along the way, though. If the issue is that you're not dominant enough then you're gonna have to …

I'm not the man I want to be. My confidence seems to be such a temporal thing when talking to girls I don't know. This is your only real problem, based on what you said. Gaining confidence will fix every other problem you mentioned. Your unfunny jokes will suddenly become hilarious and your "dorkiness" will be adorable. Obviously you can't just go buy it from the store, but do some reading about different ways to teach yourself confidence and work on that first. For some people it's as simple as…

Money is the "easy" way to get women. Making less money than your significant other isn't, in and of itself, going to make you less attractive. If you start losing confidence simply because she makes more than you then your SMV will most definitely plummet. The nice thing is that women who are more highly educated and, therefore, make more money end up realizing that it intimidates some men (as you're experiencing) so they have trouble finding long-term partners as the traits they like to see in…

Honestly: as a dude going only a few years from 30 that has basically spent the past 7 years getting his shit together a piece at a time I would go back and change a few things: Love my kid, can't do anything about it now, but I would not have gotten a chick knocked up at 20 years old. Fuck loser friends. I don't know how many times I tried to teach them or help them to do better only to get fucked over or have to toss them out like yesterday's garbage. I've never had problems playing AMOG, but …

All women, regardless of their status in your eyes, require some level of maintenance. If you really don't care about getting fucked and all you wanna do is ride waves then by all means man: do your thing. There's nothing wrong with that. Just don't expect a chick to wait around for an age and a day so that she can let you fuck her. I mean, you handled the "don't bother" properly but I think your expectations are a little bit out of whack if you think a decent-looking girl is gonna wait around t…

Dude I... are you serious? You're seriously lucky she didn't turn you into a Beta-Bux (that's what it's called, right?) and... Well since then I have tried to keep up my contact with her and re-forge the relationship, but she has gone completely cold, stonewalling me, being passive-aggressive, etc... last week she asked me for some money and I gave her some, and get no thanks, no appreciation, nothing. WHY? Why would you do this? Why would you do any of this? She stops putting out and gets bitch…

First off: it's my experience that dating sites are a complete and total waste of time. You might get lucky and hook up with something that's attractive, but the vast majority of women are unattractive as fuck and, in spite of that, they get just as much attention and validation from the attempts at communication through the dating site as the hot women do. It's a good thing, in my opinion, that you're not driven to chase women. Keep socializing, enjoying your life, and going on about your busin…
