Thanks for the advice it's really appreciated. I'm not really looking for people who are cool jamd hang around with hot chicks. Just people who are not afraid to try something new or cancel last second. The reason I don't get invited as much is because I have refused to go many times in the past, which is completely my fault. Thank you, that is reassuring. I'm planning to join a martial arts club and join other activities. That's the problem I stayed too connected with my group and never really branched out, even though I have great social skills. I believe the problem for me is not getting people to like me but for me to seek out friends. This is the barrier I have to break and I have to learn how

That was my planned course of action, to get out of my comfort zone. But my worry is that is too late to create a new social network/circle in you mid twenties?

My friends are good friends TBH. But the problem is we don't go out enough and even though I want to, they always cancel at the last minute. I have tried to get us out more but it is met by fake yes's. I am already going to the gym, I have a slight approach anxiety as in I don't approach cold but I can do situational approaches easily. I play sports and thinking about joining a martial arts group. Honestly till this week I never saw any real problems with my social life.
