Yep. The wall is mid/late 20s, early 30s. Sooner if she is in a high stress field, later if she’s pampered. I’m in medical school which is a very high stress environment and I’m seeing female classmates crack who are 23 or 24. Like 9s becoming 6s in just over a year.

And there are numerous more healthy ways to overcome a real addiction than never masturbating again and giving it a negative mental association. That’s actually the wrong approach to have because when you inevitably relapse you will associate it with failure and that is self destructive. Actual psychotherapy is incredibly useful in addictions.

I’m sure you believe it benefitted you. In reality you were probably more aware of your shortcomings and sought to correct them. Whether or not you touch yourself has nothing to do with it.

i mean how the fuck would you know if u didnt do it? I am a medical student and we are required to study reproductive physiology in detail. How is it a placebo if i feel it does that even with out me noticing it? What? The definition of a placebo effect is a phenomenon in which the user feels a physiological effect in the absence of an actual physiological effect. In essence it’s all in your head. Like drug trials where the person pain decreases but they are taking sugar pills instead of Vicodin…

No fap is such pseudoscience beta bullshit and you’re an idiot for falling for the placebo effect associated with it. I mean just listen to yourself “if I don’t touch my pee pee girls like me more and want to talk to me.” Horse shit. Jerk off, don’t jerk off. It has no effect on the normal male other than loss of a little body fluid and a quick surge of dopamine and endorphins. When used in moderation it can even have therapeutic effects for stress relief. The only way this helps you is if you h…

Weak men create strong women. When the men of your society are too busy eating soy, watching porn and cutting their dicks off they can’t be strong by nature so the women have to step up to a role they weren’t meant for. Example: today’s society

I think it comes without saying OP but for those who are slow on the draw, hyper masculine women are a product of hyper feminine/weak men. Society needs the alpha to function. By men becoming weak/feminized we thrusted our women into a role they weren’t made for and aren’t prepared for. Not to be nostalgic but there is truth to the saying: Strong men beget Good Times, Good times create weak men, Weak men create hard times, Hard times create Strong Men Do you think Alexander the Great got his epi…

You make it sound like the only death worth doing is this poetic sacrifice. The truth in it is that if you live for someone else you aren’t alive. Whether you’re a slave to a 9-5 job you hate working for a boss that doesn’t respect you or going home and sleeping next to a wife you don’t really love who resents you for whatever reason. You may be living but you’re not really alive are you? That begs the question, what can you do? Exit on your own terms. It’s better to be sleeping in a 1 room stud…

What about brain activity, neuroplasticity, Brain-derived neurotrophic factor, or Cerebrospinal fluid. All of them are controlled by brain chemicals and cerebrospinal fluid has literally no impact on brain chemistry of behavior. I know this because I have been extensively educated educated on the topic in medical school. Your argument is such a Reductio ad absurdum argument. Lol holy shit do you not realize that our thoughts and actions are just various surges of chemicals in our brain? Love, sadness, happiness, anger, hate, all controlled by neurotransmitters that surprise our brain makes. If there is an imbalance in serotonin then a patient will experience depression. You prescribe SSRIs to increase serotonin in the synaptic cleft which gives you a sense of happiness and euphoria instead of unexplained depression. Okay so take this from a medical student and someone who has learned this stuff: ins BPD a disease or disorder The way I see it is they are two sides of the same coin. It’s a problem of the body/mind that needs to be treated, not normalized like many of those quotes imply. When you reduce something this serious to a “personality quirk” then you do the patient great harm. Society is doing a similar thing today to the transgender community by normalizing gender dysphoria instead of treating it as …

I mean I went to high school in a conservative area and that shit still happened in the one area it mattered most, the guidance counselor and the transition to college. Our guidance counselor was blatantly anti-education for men and would go so far as to actively discourage higher education in men while actively helping female students acquire scholarships. This wasn’t by merit either, she actively would tell guys “you won’t get in, don’t bother trying. Just take autoshop or woodworking instead …

The issue I have with neck exercises is that the cervical spine (neck) is a lot less stable and more likely to injure as opposed to thoracic or lumbar spine which is more secure due to the various muscles attaching to it. With someone who is trained like you and I, neck workouts are fine. But you must remember that it’s actually common for people to sleep funny on their neck and end up with a pinched nerve. I think what he is trying to say is at what point is the trade off not worth the gain of a little extra pussy and superficial validation from vapid sluts? Dieting to sub 10% body fat for me is fucking miserable. I’m looking at cardio 3-4x per week and my normal weight lifting program on a 1200 calorie diet that is borderline on Keto. A water fast will work but you’ll lose a lot of muscle in the process plus it’s not realistic for people who didn’t have the discipline to not get fat in the first place. Not to mention it’s not maintainable for long term weight loss or maintenance. When you go back to eating like garbage you’ll just pack the weight back on. You mean to tell me you’ll never eat carbs again or keep fasting until you die? fat fucking chance.

Or be that guy that has to bring 3 chicken breasts from home when you go out with family because you can’t eat the same foods as normal people. I’ve been there. Modern day libertarians are closer to classical liberalism than modern day liberals are. Basically the political spectrum in the us has shifted to the left a great deal since the 50’s. Some of it was good, but a lot of those advances led us to the highly polarized political climate we have today

For real. Use/overuse of porn is bad in general. Masturbation however is natural, idk why people fall for the pseudoscience NoFap meme. If you can jerk off twice per day and still get it up for sex then more power to you. Some of us can, other people can’t. You should only consider stopping masturbation (or anything for that matter) if it starts interfering with your daily life to the point that you can’t function in the real world.

They are angry feminists because no one is hitting that. I have literally never met a hot feminist who wants to “rage” against the patriarchy. Why? Because the patriarchy treats beautiful women like royalty. Ugly, Blue haired wildebeests don’t get that treatment and it drives them to be angry. Why are they angry? Because literally the only thing keeping them from getting the hot girl treatment is their genetics/eating habit. So because they feel victimized because of something they can’t control…

Yes, it’s a wide range, but no physician is going to see a young male patient with a test level of 84 ng/dl (normal 83-257) and not address it with the patient. The thing about lab values is that with any numerical range there is room for error. So if the doctor sees that your barely above the low end of the normal lab value and you have the symptoms of Low Testosterone, then they might discuss it with you and see if you want a therapeutic testosterone regimen or if you want to try supplements o…

Because eating disorders if untreated with therapy (most aren’t treated due to the stigma) are linked to or cause other disorders and all kinds of hormonal issues. See, I don't think it will ever become that common due to the health implications and risks. The people who do it and actually minimize risk are the pros who have a doctor regulating everything. Lol yeah, the only way I could see porn addiction being the issue is if you could only get hard if she dressed like a clown and fisted you. Just relax, and if it helps maybe talk to a therapist about anxiety or stress management. I know that if dental school is as stressful as medical school, then youre probably up to your eyes in stress right about now. If you aren't tracking, how do you know if you're eating 1700 calories one day and 2700 the next? no refined sugar or fruit juice I beg to differ. There are dieting philosophies based entirely around eating these foods in moderation. I'd suggest you look up If It Fits Your Macros. It's based around the idea that you can eat virtually anything in moder…

I used to diet like OP, then I discovered the glory that is IIFYM. I have more muscle mass and less body fat now than when I was eating clean 4 years ago and I can eat basically anything as long as it fits my macros.

20 years ago maybe, I really don't know why she went to such extreme lengths do that to herself though

I don't know about that, Vietnam was a bloody war and they still had hippies. I think it is the rise of feminism, socialism, and Marxism that has given rise to these weak people. I mean once you've undergone the Marxist "indoctrination" and realize how cucked you were, it becomes overtly obvious what the problem is. It isn't the lack of war, but the fact that you almost certainly need college to get a good paying job. And to graduate with the degree you need, you have to sit through courses like…

The fat chicks irl I've known are typically sweet, kind, not tumblrinas. In the past when I've seen posts around reddit calling out what you are I thought it was an exaggeration or just people I haven't socialized with. Most are fairly normal. However the psycho tumblrinas are stupid easy to spot: Unnatural hair color Overweight Lots of tattoos/piercings Wild make up colors Feminist Socially liberal On antidepressants Overly emotional (even for women) Was "raped" or has any claimed history of se…

30 years old and living with parents That is the gen X equivalent the current millennial stereotypes. You guys got guys who failed to launch and girls that spearheaded feminism. We got twinky betas who are 30 and working as baristas with a 50k degree in sociology and fat purple haired feminists glorifying abortion behaving like zealots. The more I look at my generation and past generations I see the truth in the "good times make weak men" saying

No one says you have to hit heavy bench twice a week, if anything you're overworked and need to rest more than you think.. if you're truly going heavy. Not true. There are entire periodized plans focused around hitting muscle groups 2-3 times per week. I've used some sort of periodized plan for 5 years now and unless you're injured, "overworked muscles" is just a cop out to take it easy. After a while your body adapts to the training frequency and you don't even notice it. I've been doing a peri…

Maybe, but in degrees of severity, Islam is head and shoulders over Christianity. I grew up in the Bible Belt as a member of one of the more conservative Protestant sects, and they allowed divorce and see women as equals. The only caveat is that women cannot hold places of authority in church (which I don't necessarily agree with), but most men aren't allowed that privilege either. It's very meritocratic in that sense where to even teach a class you are intensely evaluated. They also had a weird…

1/3 of Muslims in the U.K. (Yes the ""civilized"" ones) support the stoning and execution of adulterous wives. Women have no rights in Islamic countries. In countries like Saudi Arabia, the rates are low because women are objects to them.
