This one is from Oswaldo Guyasamín, one of the most famous painters of Ecuador. I stumbled over this quote in his museum in Quito, Ecuador 3 months ago and it hit me hard.

I'm not saying that Quotes of Dictators should not be used because of their cruel history. But in my personal opinion, this quote would never inspire myself. No matter if it happend 70+ years ago. Maybe the fact that i live in Germany comes to addition, too. All i'm asking is, if the background of this quote ist known good enough to use it in public.
