I'm about to graduate so I can shed some light here. I wouldn't do it if you don't need to. I'll caveat it like this. I have two friends who've never had alcohol, weed, etc. and they are awesome. Everyone loves them and wants to be friends with them. They are generally really likable people and have really good reputations. I don't know a single person who faults them for doing that. I guess when I do go to the gym, my routine is 30 min of cardio and 30 min of hitting the bench. I'm really just trying to slim up, don't care as much about putting on muscle.
