1	How Much Are You Worth In The Business World? The actual management side of QC for this company is a filled position, though my understanding is that I am first in line when the current holder retires. This is one of those companies where people hold the same or similar position for 25+ years...not a whole lot of room for vertical growth without someone leaving the company. 1	How Much Are You Worth In The Business World? I try and factor in benefits (like the profit sharing) as part of the total compensation package, because bottom line some of them are really nice perks, and in most cases it does cost the company some money to make those perks happen. More than anything, after an approximate valuation of the perks is figured, I want to make sure that the bottom line money in the bank they are paying is in line with what I bring to the table.
