i would see it as a women's issue. religion doesn't pertain to all people after all. in addition, it can or example adversely affect the mother. the child (at the point where a mother could abort it) really isnt conscious anyway so i wouldn't make it equal to killing a newborn child in any way. essentially it is human in form alone, not mind.

if B does not have money because they are not with A any more that is in no way A's problem. if A says they will steal money from B unless B has sex with A that is coercio even if thats the case, it's still not rape, it's just unfortunate for one party
