Outside of that environment, she's lost. Control. Everything on a phone can be controlled, whereas real life means dealing with variables that are sometimes outside of one's control. She basically just stares at her phone instead of dealing with the real world. That's nearly everyone now!

Only one downvote so far. You know, that kind of sums them up: no reasonable response, no looking at the facts, no sound judgement, just a downvote, or a ban. It also sums up the whole upvote, and downvote thing: social pressure rather than reason, that kind of model appeals to women. This can not be sustained! Financially, and culturally. Talking of brains, according to the Alzheimer's Association, "Almost two-thirds of Americans with Alzheimer's are women", that's not an accident. It's true that men suffer through attrition, so they're less likely to reach certain ages, women have less distance to fall though! Add to all that how binge drinking is going to affect these women in the future, that's going to be a lot of women in care homes with Alzheimer's/dementia. I should invest in those...
