4	How well can you control your emotional state? I've begun to learn my personal anxieties, that have plagued me into my mid twenties, are suppressed by throwing myself into social situations. Most of that social anxiety comes from before the event. In most of these situations, when I look back I see the silliness stemming from my pre-socialising state. Looking back I see, within 10 or so minutes, me settling in providing I continue to maintain my energy.
