Not doubting any of that. In my opinion there's an issue with these so-called motivational speaches that are actually counterproductive. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it one of the biggest issues with men, societal pressure to be x, y and z.

I'd personally not even bother with people like that.Find an outlet where you will be listened to without prejudice. That will probably take some vetting before you figure that out, trying to get a constructive conversation with people who clearly have a different narrative is pointless and not constructive.
