I can't speak for everyone here, but the red pill isn't about being "alpha". you have taken the red pill simply by knowing about it and understanding the information. It fits the red pill / blue pill better this way.

She wasn't even showing symptoms at the time she got on the plane though. He temperature was 99 degrees, and that's it. She literally just called because she was a nurse who worked on an ebola patient, not because she was sick and wanted to see if it was ok.

He doesn't have to find the subreddit, all he has to do is ask his friend for advice. Once that happens, he can just tell him about the subreddit, and how it works for him.

The best way is to really just lead by example. Nobody gets forced into this subreddit, everyone chooses to be here. When his friend is tired of not getting laid, and he sees his friend bringing home girls all the time, he will eventually switch over from blue to red.
