Nah you figure that out after a few dates, certainly after y'all have at least made out a few times.

Maybe there could be a color-coding system, or markings based on what type of post it is? Something that could denote [ADVICE], [QUESTION], [FIELD REPORT], stuff like that.

Before you do anything else, talk to her, not just to reddit.

Just FYI, your second bullet point for Chapter 4 repeats the first one. But thanks so much for this! I kept hearing so much about this book but wasn't sure if it was worth it. I've been burned with some these "gurus". This seems to be a lot more realistic and honest.

I'd check it out anyway. I find that after a week or two without porn, something (testosterone balance?) seems to shift in my brain, and I'm much more confident and flirty. Weirdly, it also makes me much more empathetic and willing to listen to people. Just generally seems to make my social interactions better, even when I'm just around my guy friends. It could just be that I have mild ED issues occasionally otherwise, and doing this means I know I won't if an opportunity arises, so my confidenc…

I'm kinda surprised that there were ever same-sex couples that met in church.

Like any community, /r/seduction has a good side and an ugly side. About 90% of it is honestly just guiding guys who would ordinarily be too shy or nervous to be more confident, and a large part of that is just self-improvement, like you see above. Then after that, sure there are guys out to just get laid, but most of us are just trying to learn from past relationship mistakes and figure out how to best meet new people.

Yeah, I can imagine the getting closer and closer in a locked car ending up badly. Especially if he's a clown.

Yes! Dude, that sounds like the perfect time to actually do the naked man. Hats off for having balls of steel, and congratulations on the sex.

Yeah, the only real advice there is to give is don't be too aggressive with it. Personally, my favorite part of the kiss is the brief moment right before it... where the two of you are so close it's clearly gonna happen, but it hasn't quite happened yet. I draw that shit out like mad, especially for the first kiss. As for the first kiss, keep it simple. No tongue yet. Kiss, keep it there a little bit, then separate about an inch or two and look deep into her eyes. Share the trance-like moment. G…

Haha, yeah. Bitch shields are up strong in lots of LA clubs, but I know a lot of people from school, so I work that. Respect, confidence, and honesty seem to go a long way here though - girls are used to line-toting PUA types. Definitely no shortage of places to take improv classes though, haha.

I took mine with a rather popular student theatre group at my (large) university. We always had improv, and we'd usually do some dramatic and sketch comedy stuff as well. Sometimes movies. Sometimes musicals. It was great, very laid-back. Not that many theatre majors, a lot of people in science majors and stuff like me. It was a great experience and we'd regularly get 300-500 people at shows. That being said, I've graduated and moved to a new city (LA) now. I've been very busy with grad school a…

Intro (theatre) acting will probably help in terms of getting you used to projecting your voice and cheating out and stuff, but there's nothing quite like improv. The ability to create an engaging story as it goes is very different from any other form of acting. Humor generally comes out of that naturally. I'd definitely recommend doing both though, I've also done dramatic acting and written/acted/directed sketch comedy as well.

Improv is FANTASTIC. Plus you really get to know your troupemates' senses of humor very well. I've met some of my closest friends, and some awesome girls that I still keep in touch with years later, through improv. It generates the best inside jokes, too, haha. In addition to getting you to listen and think on your feet, it also really gets you in the mindset of controlling your character's status compared to other characters. I had a scene last year that I still remember, where I was Keanu Reev…

Truth. Don't send anything else. The morning text was good, she knows you're a decent guy, but let her initiate contact now.

I know it sounds a little weird, but stop masturbating for a while. Set a goal. A week, then two weeks. I think you'll find that you're significantly more attracted to the girls around you. Plus, you end up with significantly more testosterone in your system, which ups your confidence quite a bit.

Great read! My 2 cents - you noted that if a girl is interested she might kinda bump or brush you from the side. I've definitely noticed this, and my default response is to bump her butt in return, from the side, with a kinda comedically exaggerated butt-bump. I just naturally did it ages ago and it I've done it ever since. Girls think it's hilarious, I think it's hilarious, and you can often smoothly transition into a little dance/game out of continuing the butt bump dance while give her your h…

Try talking to her, dude. Just don't be accusatory, just ask pointedly and politely but firmly, expecting an answer. What she's doing seems fairly unusual for a simply platonic friend.

Sometimes. I went to a pretty large, well-known university, and they had an improv class that was, weirdly enough, focused on business majors. What I did was a student group that put on improv and comedy shows every once in a while, so more of a club, I guess. You join, you learn it, you perform (we'd get like 400+ people to shows! Feels awesome making that many people laugh) and then a few semesters later, you're the one teaching the newbies. I highly recommend it if your school has a similar g…

I know this is more of a "recommending hobbies" answer, but try taking a class in improv comedy, or joining a group at your school. I had a similar problem to you ("oh no, I've become boring!") partway through college, and I ended up joining an improv/sketch comedy troupe and becoming awesome at improv and sketch comedy. I feel like improv/comedy did good for me in a lot of ways; it boosted my confidence (hundreds of people laughing at what we come up with feels AWESOME), it sharpens my wit in t…

My "manifesto," if you could call it that, is simply to look at myself as a character in a huge movie. The other actors are the people you hang out with, but they're the audience as well. So are the people around your group. I just aim to be an interesting, memorable character in the movie - one that people will talk about after the movie ends. Not just a random extra in the background of a few scenes. This has gotten me to say "yes" to a lot of things I ordinarily wouldn't have, and has got me,…

Some of the coolest, smartest, and most deliciously sarcastic girls I've known, - I met through an improv troupe I was a part of in college, at a fairly big university. I highly recommend this in general, actually - practicing status games in an improv setting, on stage, sometimes in front of a 500+ audience - really honed my game quite a bit. Really gives you a good idea of naturally occurring humor, pacing, and the constant need for some unresolved conflict to exist in a scene to make it inter…

Depends on the kind of party. In my circle, it can be fairly standard for the majority of people to come even an hour or so later than the "official" time. Traffic can be bad around here though. Try to find out when other people are coming. I usually get there a little late, so that a few close friends are already.

I actually used to have this problem, and it definitely bungled my first few attempts at sex with girls. I positively freaked out because I was constantly worried about doing everything "right" and impressing the girl. Then I got into a slightly longer term relationship with this really chill girl who made me realize that girls can get just as nervous initially, and that they can definitely be patient with this kind of thing. It took me a few weeks with her, but I eventually stopped having this …
