What's your plan? I see your template and I like it. In an ideal world I'm eating whatever the fuck I want, lifting heavy, working some physical job that isn't rocket science, laughing often and fucking often. I like this template idea actually. Thanks. Or whatever you want to call it.

You want me to ask a random guy who annoys the shit out of me out for drinks and dinner? should I let him PIB as well?

When he first started this needy behavior I seen it this way, but after 2 years enough is enough. It's partly my fault for not saying fuck off at least a year ago but it only occurred to me recently just how much I see him and how much he asks from me.

Management wont do shit, he talks to them at the beginning and end of every workout for a solid 15 minutes. And management doesn't like me, they are two mid 30's women who run women only group fitness classes and storm out of the office and onto the gym floor whenever they hear a noise, usually someone letting 220kg rest on the ground or racking 140kg on bench, they are planet fitness type managers. And they have told me to be quiet once back when I dropped a 10kg plate by accident, so I honestl…

Lost it at fetch a pizza. Srs though it feels like all I could do is be like mat fuck off, I don't want to be your friend. But I have this feeling he would end up going full retard and telling management or something weird? Beta (as someone stated above) goes crazy and causes a lot of surrounding damage or something ive read like that before?

TF would he look up to me? the guy is like nearly 40 and works full time. Has a good car and from what I can tell has no literal mental issues or physical disabilities. Like do guys at that age actually still act like they are trying to impress the "cool" (in their eyes) kid? That's kind of cringe and makes me feel uncomfortable somehow.

Mate, headphones, running on a treadmill, moving to the other side of the gym, being already engaged in a conversation with someone else, appearing focused and in a get in get out demeanor. Nothing works.

Dude I did that once, about 3 months ago. I said "I am here to workout, I have a schedule to keep and I just want to get in and get out you know?" he just proceeded to ask me why I was in a rush and off he went again about how his wife left him 15 years ago (no joke).

Not literally dropping it, just placing it back on the ground with a bit of force. You go deadlift 245kg and let it lower quietly.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
