It could , if this was about how men as a collective we could free ourselves of the traditional genders role, redefine what it is to be a man in today society and focus on how to improve our well being , and how not to make relationships and women so central about our happiness . If this is something feminism do so well is this. On the opposite, the movement is all about women wrong , and a lot of unhealthy misogynistic bullshit.

I’m might go against the flow op, but you are into something. With the few conversation I have and personal experience I came to very much conclusion, a relationship doesn’t make you whole and maybe your plan is for the better , as for many men nowadays dating and relationships sounds many time very transactional . «It comes from honesty, respect and emotional maturity — qualities that can exist inside or outside marriage. » this bit and what you said about men needing a partner to have a life i…

I agree with op , and I would add that sometime in a lifetime of a woman , there might be a moment when she wants casual . Thing is , if you pass a minimum of attraction threshold, you just need to meet women who want it , and the frustration get there because for a woman in that mood app helps a lot , but many guys have no success on these.

I wouldn’t say society don’t like these traits , I would some are see as controversial or worse ,potentially toxic or dangerous. I know reality is lore nuances but it that world where critical thinking is dying, some minds are being eaten alive by talking points and looking for answers are following the likes of Andrew Tate

Can I join , I can see where OP is coming from because myself in my life , many women I met as much as they were open about what a woman should be , told me a lot of time what they were looking in men , and these preferences were for much of the time very traditional, I even had some telling me they liked to be confrontational with them men just to see if he can make them to shut up! Add to this how many stories from countless men saying they opened up, were more sensitive just to lose their par…

I like this post , I had this exact conversation with a friend of mine as well, and I agree wholeheartedly: men , as a gender need to redefine our role in all of this , and it’s also why so many of us are lost and rely on social movements who want to enforce traditional gender roles.

This true , but I also raised something : men we chose also to be alone in a sense , how many time we reduce the social circle , cut contact with potential interest / past flings and then when found ourselves in a desert once gone. Women are never alone and then have more option naturally. As people we should learn from that , cultivate our relationship, stay in shape ect…

Empathy can only push to a limit , lot of men keep to themselves because they are afraid that openness to be used against them later on . Happened to me and many men that I know

Don’t be afraid. Most women form any country will prefer people from said country, as an immigrant is literally poorer , have less connections, will struggle with the language for some time, and so on . Even a poor woman would prefer a poor but local man. Immigrenats are not a menace , but media really like to speak about the exception ….

Best reply on this topic , I believe current times make everything unidimensional, when it isn’t .
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/24 10:46 AM

I had bar and clubs , not exclusively looking for short term but as I am recently single maybe I’m not too fast looking for commitment . But before my ex I was good I that kind of setting, I met loads of women this way, I’m not too guy but I’m ok attractive, only downside is I’m short which is a penalty on dating apps but in real life not so much .

Ahaha thanks , it’s more like I’m a late bloomer myself so I felt compelled to reply. I never went out there trying to use people people I was more like let’s date a bit but if I have one suitable ill stick to her and see how it goes . The debate about the lack of relationship is a bit of bullshit, as this doesn’t guarantee shit on the long run and I use to say to my ex that if experience was that important you have committed to your exes before me who had some it’s all about compatibility and s…

It’s not nice to treat people like commodities , but at the same time many women are afraid of men without relationships experience ( it’s much more a gut feeling because women like that who are single didn’t manage to commit to man with that experience) . Late bloomers just need to adjust and find a woman that match what they want from a woman and see , if they are lucky she’s the one and they stay together and otherwise it’s doesn’t work and you have more experience about what you really need …

Interesting topic , I started to have actual relationship late in life , as I was more focus on building myself coming out of poverty and crippled with college debt that I absolutely wanted above anything else, and a late but massive glow up In between I had date here and there , never been socially inept as I always lot of interactions with people and women. But for my late relationship it was still a concern that I had not been in a commîtes relationship before , like it suppose to be a hack t…

Don’t get me wrong I know were you’re coming from : I had my own cousin who was basically a kid when she lived with me first , when she saw me decade later after the glow up she said : yeah back in the day I really thought you we the kind of unsuccessful guy playing games! So yeah I agree with you on that . That said , in my youth , some other women were nevertheless interested and regretted a lack of confidence, who made me miss out because as you said I really belived I was that ugly ahah. I n…

It’s a bit of my story I peeked late in life , there is a part of truth , but there is also the lack of confidence and trust on yourself that make you sometimes miss out .

I’m genuinely interested to know why, I had this debate with my now ex: sometimes it’s lack of time , another focus and lack of opportunities, not necessarily because you’re toxic

One can dream , but I hear more and more women unsatisfied with dating apps, so let’s see

Few things : even women are tired of dating apps. I know many who are not on them , and I believe that the organic dating will be more prevalent .

Me , I see like that : become the best version of yourself . Of course it won’t guarantee to get laid so I would advice to do it for you, but eventually when you feel you are you become more attractive . Of course there need to be a threshold of minimum attractiveness to get laid , but this how I see it .

I don’t think it’s a bad advice , doing this will improve your chances …. As long as you are physically attractive enough to have the opportunity to display these qualities.

I won’t talk about all of my life but listen, I lost virginity at 21, then had 10 year of no relationship at all, and when I was younger I was bullied , and told by many women that I wasn’t attractive , so believe me that I understand the sentiment. But , I learned over time to no get these issue to define me , and get rid all of that resentment as time went by, and by losing friend at young age to appreciate life for what it is . Over time , I fixed some issue , learn to take care of myself , w…

Guys it is that bad out there or what? I get that dating younger when average or with crippling life’s issues is difficult, but you grow old , earn more money , stable life and better tips to take care of yourself. Dating become easier. I’m myself a late bloomer and I couldn’t care less about body count or beta buxx or all that shit form the internet , and no I’m not with a single mom or anything like that, I just convince myself it wasn’t a problem , and it stopped to be one. Don’t go to extrem…

I agree with this sentiment : I have a friend who is very attractive: all her life is to be constantly talked to by men , every time , everyday. She’s not bothered and learned with experience to never reply with aggressiveness to avoid bad outcome , but from my point of view it looked like a nightmare of her never quiet. So it’s not a blessing really

As a late bloomer myself I would say professional accomplishments, and money to take care of yourself better that you could or not in your focus in your twenties ( better clothes , skincare , haircut , gym), will multiply your chance tenfold, in a short time I went from nothin to ONS, crazy matches in tinder and sexual escapades I was only dreaming about younger . I won’t say any guy will succeed , because in spite of what I said , my starting point was to be a guy socially adept , always manage…

Not resenting but some can be doubtful. I was a late bloomer , and at some point I focused on other part of my life but relationships . But my now ex was a bit of concerned that I never had a long time relationship before meeting her. At the end it wasn’t the inexperience that broke the relationship but more unmatched expectations.

I don’t know , but as a now 36 years old man, I met and had sex with girls on their 20, even a girl who was just eighteen once. I’m still matching girls who have 25 on tinder as well. So yeah there is still some girl who like that. Same with my friend around the same age .you should stop thinking that automatically at 30 guys are unattractive to younger women, maybe not for the poster bit for many other this si the case. So far from when I was younger , women liked to go out with older guys.....…
