| 1 | My quick little tip for improving posture naturallythis is good, I would even have the person in a 1/2 squat position and add a chin tuck and try to do them until you feel yourself not doing it correctly (watch in front of a mirror/ video tape yourself), but watch for impingement at the shoulders as well. If you are starting to get shoulder pain dont go as high. @ CPMartin, yes resistance exercises are good, but often people are not ready for them. Yes part of it is true about computers causing us to be hunched over and the chin tuck is good. But "stimulating the C5, C6, C7, C8 nerves in those positions is BS. You are using each of those nerves in all the positions with those movements. They are innervations to muscles at the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand (changing as you move distally towards the hand the numbers basically get higher).
