| 3 | Anybody else get a different "vibe" when you don't jack off?Don't know about women but not jerking definitely puts my mind in place like coming up with appropriate response in a conversation and not digging or thinking hard. It improves focus too. Also I feel quite lethargic upon jerking, so not doing that fills me up with energy.
