Having seen this play out with my dad: don't call the cops. When they think you hit her they'll put you in cuffs and throw you in the back of a car. If someone makes them realize she hit you then they'll let you out and say there's nothing they can do. My dad would've gone to jail for getting punched in the face if my sister and I didn't stop it.
