10	Study finds that when all conditions are identical, female applicants are favored over male applicants by 2:1 for STEM tenure. This wouldn't be possible in a system with systemic male privilege! 2	The Unexpected Gender Inequality in the STEM Sector of Academia A lot of good points, and yes I had seen some if the comments the Authors made. In one they talked about how when they were working on putting together the results they joked about the outcome being women favored and then when it came back that it was they kept trying to find reasons why their own experiment was wrong.	/r/MensRights	04/02/19 04:05 PM
