| 1 | I have been practicing Stoicism for 3 years now and the quality of my life has increased dramatically because of these 3 exercises. One from each of the greats: Epictetus, Seneca, And Marcus Aurelius. Try them and tell me what you think in two weeks.Im not the commenter guy but speaking from experiencing shitty existential dread myself, I'm assuming he's just saying that if you do have a tendency to feel hopeless or are prone to depressing thoughts, the "view from above" approach might trigger some shit. Imo it's healthier to accept the fragility of life in a more humbling perspective rather than from a disabling one.
