A letter could be misinterpreted and is kind of impersonal and cold. She could prepare a conversation that she wants to have with him with arguments about MRP. They should also have discussion about how she feels he is treating her differently. She shouldn't mention her not asking advice anymore because that could be misinterpreted. Not valuing her opinion and no interest in her life should be approached as one I think and the affection removal is a whole other problem that should be fixed as so…

Even though cooking for just one person is kind of depressing, you could work on your cooking skills, assuming you're not a chef already.
