I see your point, but It's better to understand what women want. Like understanding how to make yourself more attractive to more women will help you more in the long run than anything else. I'd also argue that being in the position of demanding what you want from a woman as a man you have to figure out first how to be a good deal as a potential partner or whatever.

Yeah, money and status are important, but women aren't going to develop a visceral attraction toward a man just because he's rich. Of course, a good status can make you a little bit more attractive, but you still need to have a decent face to find people who genuinely find you attractive. Having money and no looks will simply attract golddiggers who don't care about you. I don't see that as a win.

I haven't done plastic surgery, but I'm planning to do at least a septorhinoplasty(crooked nose) and maybe a lip lift (uneven lips). To respond to your question it really depends if you are sure your appearance is hurting you in some way either in terms of dating or life in general. That's how I decided to consider plastic surgery for my case.
